  Pleasant visit

  I stayed here for 3 nights in October, the hotel itself looks very rough on the outside but I didn't need a palace as I was visiting friends. The room was very basic but clean, beds were soft and the shower was decent too, all in all a nice place with friendly staff but it's not the ritz, hence the value for money.

  Good Location, average rooms

  When you need a place to sleep, close to the centre, the dome and parking, this is a good choice.. Wi-Fi is free, rooms are clean.. Nothing amazing but still perfect when you only need to spend the night. Value for money wise, I'm stayed in much nicer places at this rate, but its not really overpriced.

  A comfortable stay

  We stayed two nights at the hotel in a comfortable clean room. The management and staff were friendly and efficient. On arrival we were given a clear map as tow how we could access the private parking at the rear of the hotel which would have been challenging otherwise. Minutes walk away from the dom square and the other attractions in a very beautiful city. If returning would certainty consider it again and would recommend it to others. Dog friendly.

  So Rude

  No hot water & the internet wouldnt connect. There was no one at reception to speak to at the time. When I went down the following morning, the man at reception was so rude. I was able to cancel my 2nd night and went to a different hotel. Also, theres no lift which is terrible if youre on the third floor like I was.
