Do not go hereI saved up for a year to take my daughter on holiday for her 21st. We'd paid extra for a balcony.....all rooms have balconies. We paid extra for shuttle to and from airport...we were kept waiting for 1.5hrs to do a 7 minute journey then we were given a bowl of filthy water with pasta pips sunk at the bottom and for every meal thereafter we were served mash, pasta and brown beans. The 'toast' was bread so stale it was hard with corners cut off which must've been mouldy then 2 boiled eggs were put before us which were immediately covered in flies. The all inclusive was a joke they didn't allow us more than 1 drink per half hr and this was froth not beer in a plastic beaker then to top it off the doctor rubbed himself off on my leg while rubbing in sunblock. This place should be burned to the ground not your hard-earned cash lining the fat managers pockets. Please do not go here I beg you.

Don't go here!!We stayed here for 2 weeks all inclusive in 2007, yes things change but when we stayed it was 4*+ but I see it is now 3* and I would definitely not recommend this hotel!! When we first arrived we thought the hotel looked really nice, but looks really can be deceiving... We booked 2 family rooms for 4adults and 3children and when we go taken to our rooms we were given 1 room which had a double bed and single bed but the room was dirty. The other room only had 2 single beds (for 4 people) and was falling to bits and dirty. We complained to reception but we were stuck in these rooms for the next few days as they were fully booked. (I wouldn't want my worst enemy staying in these conditions) After a few days of torture in these rooms we were finally moved to rooms that actually had enough beds for us all and were cleaner. The food was repetitive, cold and just not nice at all so we paid to get a taxi to naama bay most nights to eat out, which is annoying after paying for all inclusive. The only good point was the friendly staff, although a lot of the men stared at the children who are all girls. Also the majority of the hotel were ill including myself (probably from the food) I am giving Egypt a second chance since I was too ill to see it last time but I would never go back to this hotel!!!!

Mr omahoneyWent here 5 years ago... !! Where to begin.. Arrived the room wasn't ready,,, given a glass of warm beer..Then we got food poisoning.. The Chef even had it.. They prescribed Morphine for everything... As it's no where near the Beach you get a shuttle.. ZOUARAs part of the Beach is the est then we walked along the Beach and saw real hotels . That's how we found the Holiday village... There is a Heaven besides Hell..... Don't Go..... Even the Russians couldn't swim in the pool... You can't go for a walk... Your in the middle of back and beyond... I DARE YOU TO GO...

Hotel from HellThe best part of this holiday was landing back in the UK, We got to hotel Zouara at about 21-30, from the moment we set foot in the hotel we were constantly bitten from mosquito's, even though we had taken adequate precaution. we were shown to our room, it was a living hell, there was blood on the bed sheets, the curtains were falling down, the toilet was a disgrace, no toilet paper, the shower was hanging of the wall, the water was always cold, they would not clean the room, they would had to be told everyday, then you might be lucky to have your bed made & bathroom clean, The dining room was infested with flies, the food was pure muck, the staff were quite friendly.

Not so bad as it's said hereThis is 3-star hotel and you shouldn't expect it being a palace. Rooms are very comfortable. the staff is very nice!!! If you want something extra or don't like something - tell about this and everybody will help you to solve the problem. The food is not ideal, but you can always find something to eat =) I am going to visit this hotel again and I'm sure it will become more excellent in a short period of time.
