  Delightful hotel and generous owner

  This little gem of a hotel in the village of Alsace is on the site of a former flour mill and the waterwheel is still evident. It makes for an interesting environment in the breakfast and lounge area. Our bedroom and ensuite bathroom were spacious and the bed really comfortable. However, the highlight was the owner Alex himself who was very generous in every sense.

  Le Zinck hotel

  This charming little hotel is a great place to spend a few days while enjoying the Alsace region. The owner is a wealth of information about hiking trails and is more than happy to share his library of maps to help find great treks. For that reason alone I extended my stay to take advantage of his hospitality and knowledge. the hotel is quite, very reasonably priced and well located in the village. Breakfast is available and is prepared in-house. Housekeeping is quick, prompt and efficient.

  Nice weekend in original hotel

  The hotel is situated in an old watermill, of which parts of it are still present in the lounge. The rooms are modern and very nice with nice bathroom and television. There is also a minibar. Diner is not served, but there are some nice restaurants in walking distance. The hotel has ample parking space and a nice secluded garden at the back.

  Beautiful & Stylish Boutique Hotel!

  Wonderful hotel located right on the wine trail in the charming village, Andlau. Zinck Hotel is very tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and has friendly staff who are multilingual and very patient :) thank you for a great stay in your beautiful country!

  Nice setting but rooms rather average and noisy

  I stayed at Hotel Zinck for one night and knew the area around ot before. It is a great access to the wine route and not as touristy as other villages. The hotel itself is great: an old building which has been nicely refurbished and still shows the watermill on ground floor. Staff is nice and helpful too. I was however a bit disappointed about the rooms. They are spacious and have a lot of light. But you can hear every little sound from your neighbours, even quiet conversations or coughs. It was quite annoying even though the other guests were not super loud. But certain sounds from others, you simply do not need to hear. Plus the pictures of the rooms on the website all looked a lot better equipped - maybe it was that i only had a single room. There is definitely some further room for improvement.
