  Outstanding Business Hotel

  Stayed here for two nights on a recent business trip. Check in was easy and was upgraded to 24th floor Exec Level. The room was large and comfortable, internet fast, bathroom clean and shower pressure good. The fitness center was a bit small but not crowded and offered the full amenities of most hotels. Hotel is centrally located but I didn't get a chance to get out. Breakfast was included and very well done and tasty. I'd come back when in Hunan.

  Good hotel in this area

  Will be a good choice to stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff and room is spacious and modern. Bed is comfortable and clean. Trouble free stays for me and surely will highly recommend to anyone. The hotel is next to a mall.

  Didn't Learn My Lesson From Last Stay

  Last time I stayed here I complained about "smokey" rooms. Was convinced to stay again. No change....non-smoking rooms still smell like smoke! Complained and asked for room spray. Nothing done... Hotel is very nice and spacious. Rooms pleasant and very accommodating but smell too much to bear. Tried explaining to staff the issue but they didn't seem to understand or care. I definitely learned my lesson. Different hotel I will stay on the next visit.

  Great Hotel - amazing staff

  Marriott Hotel in Zhuzhou is a great place to stay. Was here just for one night but had a great experience. Check-in time was not quick, but probably caused that I didn't provide my information in advance. Check out was quick. My room on 7th floor was clean and big, bed is really comfy. The gym is also fine. Breakfast choice is good and the omlett was super tasty. And the staff - well Marriott like. Super friendly and helpful. Definitely can recommend it.

  Almost perfect!

  New hotel in Zhuzhou, high class. Still very reasonable price, all nice and clean, always one lady at reception speaking good English, super breakfast also for westerners (first time I have seen a cheese plate in China). only little thing: the marble ground plates at entrance and bathroom in my room 1125 showed signs of repairs not looking nice. But all the rest is just perfect in this hotel
