  Best hotel in Saratov

  We have stayed here many times. The rooms are huge, and are very nice by Russian standards. It is well worth the cost. If you are driving, they have parking and even covered parking. The front desk is always courteous and helpful. The thing we like best about the hotel is the restaurant. We don't think there is a better restaurant in Saratov! It's excellent food regardless of whether you eat in the restaurant or have them bring it to your room.

  Best Location in Town

  I had a very nice, large room with a view of a nearby park. It was within walking distance of the museum, shopping street, market, Yuri Gagarin Museum, Volga River, and Philharmonic Hall. My room was kept very clean. Breakfast was included in the room price and was a cold buffet with hot egg and pancake dishes included. I recommend this hotel if you go to Saratov!

  Crushed expectations

  Booked a room, so called Lux or I guess suite room. As the result we got some sort of old, painfully used room with low quality furniture, dust, and rubbish hidden in the corners. The hostess could not talk, perhaps Ill or just after one hell of a good night out, told us that bar is shut and breakfast stars at 11 am, when in reality bar opened after lunch and breakfast was served from 9 am. The guard / some sort of concierge was so rude, that when asked about the underground parking, told me that I should have called, when I answered that I did, he just left. When in reality the hotel was almost empty and my guess he didnt want to bother with opening gates into the garage. The only good thing was breakfast and only because there were only 4 of us there, otherwise the room would be overcrowded. Avoid this hotel

  Good impression but so much control

  I make a booking in this hotel, to visit the family of my bride, and, all in the hotel is good, the room, the breakfast but they have a unusual ruler that not let me invite the father and Mather of my bride after eleven on the night, just to seat a drink a little te, but was no let. So complicate control the personal of the hotel call to the room and give me a bad impression about all meeting. And the last experience is the most important for this this reason was a good day but all nervious in the last moment. Bad experience.

  Great location good hotel

  Older hotel but nice. Close to everything downtown. Many great places to walk and see Parks, views of city and government offices. We ate at hotel and we had a private spot with good food with friends.
