    Main reason for booking was heated pool!!!

    Nice hotel. Easy check in.Pool although advertised as heated was freezing cold.. if I had known this.. would not of booked. Breakfast very pricey for what you actually get. Cheaper to go buy yourself eggs and cook in room!!

    Enough value for money

    medium quality and cleanness. Noise of refrigerator in the room in not something nice, better to switch off it. general feeing of dirty when you get into the room maybe due to the age of the structure.

    Una residencia que no le falta de nada. Muy céntrica de todo y un precio magnífico.por decir algo en contra, pero insignificante , el desayuno es un poco escueto y justo, pero tiene lo imprescindible. Si volvemos a este a este lugar volveremos a alojarnos

    Ne Zen Pas Nitude - So Many Problems & Lack of Sense of Customer Service

    I travel over 300 days of the year on business so I know hotels all too well. The hotel is understaffed or 'non-staffed' for essential needs like non-functioning AC/Hot Water. My stay begins with check in for my 'upgraded' superior room that is up flights of stairs (no elevator) for the upgrade side of the hotel followed by entry into a rather dank smelling room with a non-functioning AC. I am then shown a 2nd superior room with again another non-functioning AC. I am then told there are no other rooms so I need to now leave so I negotiate to have a standard room but am told in order to do that I must keep my payment at the superior room price OK I am jet lagged & tired and basically want the room's AC to work period Next I get in the room(now take note this approx 2 hours after arrival) and the AC is not working well in this room yes it's at least working BUT it's warmish I picked this Hotel solely to have AC & to have a swimming pool and the fact that it has a kitchen is a bonus. I go along and find the TV remote maybe on its last life with the channel changer slow to non-functioning ~ I make do punching in channel #s, the little bathroom is non-functioning (although I would like to have this I make do) I make the place to 1 night, 2 nights then the 3rd night I come home from work go for a swim and it is coldish outside but semi-warm in the pool and I come back to my room for a shower and the water is now ice cold - No Hot Water I had noticed when I came home before the swim that my bags/belongings had been pushed out of the way so access could be made to the water tank & someone had played around in my shower as the shower door was wide open unlike the way I had left it. So I have to go to the reception again to request my hot water be fixed.. Well this turned into a Hot Drama and the receptionist had to make adjustments in the room electrical panel and I am told hot water will be back in 1 hour. 1 hour turns into 2 turns into 3 then into overnight and in the morning it's back( I had an additional room key to shower in a floor above me's room in case of need however inconvenient that that is but Night 3 I had had enough and booked to a much better situation for the next 2 nights originally I was to stay at this Ne ZEN pas place. I ended up having to stay up till 2am to work on my work project due to this distractive hot water issue and had to be up and out to work at 7am the next am. I informed the next receptionist I was going to be out by 530 pm because of their hotel issues I was unable to vacate that AM due to the fact I had the heavy duty work project that kept me up all night etc Any way that receptionist made me late for work feigning not to know of any of my issues seen at this hotel to date. I get back in the evening and state my overall expectation to leave this ne zen pas place and receive 1/2 refund for that night and refund for the last night. I have a lengthy discussion with the 'responsable' who is quite difficult to approach and non-emphathetic to any of the situation. Her stance is that the ACs are New in the superior rooms(ha..they were not even functioning) No one was in my room playing with water temps(what was all the disruption and movement of my things in my room without my knowledge or request?????) and that I didn't like the place from the beginning so this is my position and attitude Ha I had to beg to pay a higher price to keep just any ole room at this place and again coming back to my needs for this place of AC and pool it was tragically flawed from the beginning. I really gave this place LOTS of chances for it totally FAIL me. Never Again. I had just snicker as I do leave to hear room 412 state there is 'no hot water in my room' and same receptionist have to respond I'll look into that. Oh and for the refund I did get there was a Long a..ed drama for the receptionist to refund my amex card ~ I actually had to take the machine and perform the refund myself to show her what the issue was for it not to work ....(& again this was like over 1/2 hour to please let me free) So if you don't mind fending for yourself and don't care if things don't function in your room this is your place otherwise help yourself and go over to Holiday Inn Express or really Anywhere else. Nina you are a kind receptionist who works in a non-caring business.

    Friendly staff, close to city center and port

    We arrived far too early just to leave our luggage there and get a City map. To our surprise the extremely friendly staff did everything possible and our room was ready after 20 minutes! It has a small kitchen, the hotel has a pool and a fitness room. We left our car for three (!) Euros only at the hotels parking lot. The Location is perfect, you can easily walk to the City Center and the Port with the submarine base of WW2.
