  Un gran hotel

  La verdad que he estado unas 6 veces en este hotel y tiene un servicio excelente, ademas las habitaciones son increíbles. El spa esta bastante bien, es el mejor hotel de Zenica con diferencia. Lo único que falla muy a menudo es la conexión a internet.

  Avoid this place!

  I don't even know where to start. This is supposed to be a 4 stars hotel? This should rather have no stars at all! My visit to this terrible place was a while ago, but I remember it clearly. It was december and we booked 2 rooms in a totally empty hotel. We checked in quite late in the evening to a really annoyed concierge. As we entered the rooms, we've noticed some really disgusting things. For example: beard hair in the sink, a hairball in the corner of the room, etc. Moreover all of those things were still present when we left the hotel, which means they did not even clean the rooms at all. Also the windows in the rooms were not sealed properly, so you could hear dogs barking outside, even on one of the last floors of the hotel. The first morning we went for breakfast (I think it was on the first floor) and realized (we actually saw it) how the employees are eating the breakfast which was made for the guests. What is more, when we politely asked them to prepare more eggs for us (because they ate up everything) they just shook us off really annoyed. So all we had for breakfast were the leftovers. The next day they told us our breakfast was in the restaurant in the lobby (without explaining it), but in the beginning we were kind of relived. In the restaurant we could order our breakfast so it was "freshly" prepared. Unfortunately the food itself was not fresh at all (except for the bread, which was really good). After ordering the omelet with salami, I realized how smelly the food was, which obviously spoiled my appetite. But at least the waiters were really friendly. One day we wanted to visit the inside pool and politely talked to the "lifeguard" if he could leave the pool at least once in a while so we didn't feel uncomfortable being watched constantly, because it was only us girls (and because the boys had the pool area for themselves the other day as well, so we wanted to have the same rights). The way he arrogantly shook us off, so snooty and unfriendly, and totally looking down on us for just asking one simple question. That's why we did not even want to use the pool anymore. We then went down to the concierge and tried to make a reservation for the spa (which they are promoting on their page) at least. But they told us we should have made a reservation for a massage like two weeks in advance. What?! I've been to various 4&5 stars hotels, empty and full, and never ever did I have to make a reservation more than 2 days in advance. We really felt uncomfortable during our stay at this hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

  Very good

  We stayed for one night in this place. Receptionist was so pleasant and very welcoming. Rooms were so big as well as the bathroom. So clean. We were starving at night but it was so comfortable to stay in the lobby and order some soup and salad and other light food which was all good. Breakfast was so good the next morning. The only uncomfortable thing was the room temperature which was so hot for this time of the year. We called one of the staff to solve the problem but she couldnt do anything as this was out of her control. Otherwise everything was just perfect.

  Bad service and rude staff

  Me and my friends were staying at this hotel for a wedding. At night a stray dog managed to get into the lobby, and some of our friends in the lobby witnessed the dog being beaten to death after the staff chased it outside. Some of us called the police but they didnt want to do anything since it was only a stray dog. The staff also told us to f off and almost chased us out. The staff didnt do anything to go out of their way to be friendly or anything to deliver good service as should be expected at a four star hotel. There were not nearly enough toilet paper in the room, and the wellness is closed on sundays since no one seems to work there then. Would not advice anyone staying here with the staff behaving as they do, with the worst being that they ruthlessly beat dogs till death.

  Superb Stay in Zenica

  This 4-star hotel is located next to the shopping mall and the sport arena, and is close to the city center. The rooms are large and comfortable. Dining services are superb. All in all, the hotel is a good option for both business and leisure trips.
