  Buen hotel a buen precio

  Es un buen hotel para estar de paso. Tiene internet y computadoras gratis. Esta perfectamente ubicado para ir caminando a los shoppings o restorán. La habitación es normal, nada del otro mundo. Es para estar 1 o 2 noches como mucho.

  Buen Precio

  La ubicación no es excelente pero los taxis son muy baratos pero alrededor está lleno de tiendas y restaurantes. El personal de la recepción muy antipático pero las habitaciones son correctas, el cuarto de baño moderno, wifi y aire acondicionado. Por el precio que pagamos, está bastante bien.

  OK place =can't make simple transportation bookings

  Decent enough - could not get a decent hot shower- close to Alor street food . Biggest issue was I booked for the airport shuttle/taxi=== NO SHOW!!! lucky I checked early-- security went out and flagged down a taxi. Check in was fast

  BAD CHECK IN

  I booked two rooms on a Wednesday for the following Saturday and Sunday by phone from Penang, i got the reservation number just about as the check in girl spoke so bloody fast, she put the phone down before i had time to recheck it. When i got there i gave her the number guess what NO BOOKING for myself or my friend, they found me a room but my friend had to stay at another hotel, the booking reservation they gave me contained my original booking number.???????? When i went to check out on the Monday morning, the male receptionist said OH so you are not staying this MONDAY-----TUESDAY that was the original booking i had made but she put the wrong days on. Hair dryer holder on wall loose, air con leaking water onto the floor, building work and noise from 8-6 This is an awful hotel.

  Overall satisfied stay

  Front desk and concierge is very helpful and friendly! The rooms are clean, tidy. Location is well located as nearby some of the attractions. Staying for 2days 1night, worth to try as the price is not that pricey. Staff attitude is really a big point that can impact the hotel rating, thumbs up to the bell man and concierge that are super helpful and friendly, lots of information shared !
