  Not bad

  You can't have it all, at least not here! Pros Nice rooms (recently refurbished), good size (the family rooms), great sea view, great kids amusement park and lots of activities for children, nice beach very close (you can take the stairs or the elevator), lots of parking spaces. Cons On top of the steepest hill I ever had to walk/drive, don't bother with all inclusive the food and drinks aren't great, there are acctually 3 hotels here (Imperial, Royal, Palazzo) and it smelled bad from the sewer. On the beach next to the hotel there is a beach bar (you will have to pay for drinks/sunbeds as it is not included) a little noisy from the music. Overall not a bad place to stay but a little pricey for what you get.

  Avoid. Awful hotel.

  Rude staff. Had an incident and was no first aid kit. Had a power cut and no emergency lights and no water running for entire day. Went to town for the day. No beach or pool towels. Worse entertainment ever. Shared the room with ants. Had nasty ants bites. Loads of stairs as the hotel is situated on a cliff. Avoid getting babies in pusschairs. Lift which goes to the beach blocked. Beach bar payable. Sunbeds 4. The small bathroom window leading to the hallway hearing everyone having a the big job and horrendous smells. Old lifts with no air conditioning. Really old air conditioning in the lounge which was felling apart. No bar in the lounge. Wireless internet doesn't work.

  August 2020 poor hotel

  Hotel room was awfull, ants inside, bathroom moulded. Room has not been cleaned up everyday you need to ask for it. Staff was rude, never smile, except few people, Aristotelis, Filipos, Anka,young lad bayern fan can't remember his name was really nice. Good thing is that hotel was perfect for children, pool has 140cm max. And sea was perfect for children 50cm-80cm for 15m from beach. Air con doesn't work properly, food awesome. I'm sure we will not come back to this place anymore. Price to high, not recommended. There was also some snakes been spotted

  Zante Royal Resort- beautiful place in the middle of nowhere

  The Hotel area is really huge, full of beautiful plants, flowers, pinia trees, cats everywhere, chickens.and all this nature makes it unique and not similar to other big and expensive hotels. And all those cicadas music directly from trees all the time! This is really unique and not common for the other big sophisticated hotels where you have just the grass and flowers, but no the little wild Greek nature. The staff of the Hotel is so friendly, helpful and nice that you feel comfortable all the time! Just ask for anything and they will try to make your wish live There is so cool atmosphere, so relaxing environment that you will feel home from the very first minute! Yes, this is true that rooms are not luxury but comfortable anyway, clean and big enough for everyone. Just the bathroom needs some modernization but I believe this is the question of nearest time and covid end. Regarding the food I cannot find the words to say how fantastic and proffessional the cook must be! The food was really Greek, delicious, tasty, full of spices, variety of choose so that you can feel being in Greece for sure. Just forget about the European food, just taste the Greek one! As to the other facilities and all those stuff the tourists need like water pools, sunbeds etc. is fully enough and OK. There are 2 swimming pools suitable both for adults and children, very clean, comfortable and looking amazing being highlighted colorful in the night! The beach closest to the Hotel, down the hill is small, empty and nice if you dont look for the beach service no sunbeds, no bar due to covid crisis. But if you look for relaxing and almost wild place just go for it. There are some other beaches walking distance from the Hotel, just 30 minutes walk and you are on the Gerakas Beach with Caretta Caretta turtles nests or Banana Beach with all the services available. Just to sum up the Hotel and all its staff is really great and worth to spend your holiday there! If the surroundings is more important for you than the luxury interior, it will be the good choice for you. Just believe, visit and enjoy!

  We arrived at the hotel wasnt anything like the pictures. Food was horrendous dont cater for people with allergies and no options for the kids! Rooms werent tidied once and we were there 8 nights! Filthy sheets! Most staff were rude! Very run down! No entertainment and slides only open 2 hours a day! The only nice thing I can say was the beach was a 2 min walk and was beautiful! Wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone!
