  Best Hotel in Laganas, with the best staff!

  Honestly the most friendliest hotel Ive ever been to. This was my third time travelling there and wouldnt want to stay anywhere else. Hats off to the staff for working through this trying time and making the best of a bad situation. We had some trouble on holiday and the lady at reception (I still dont know her name) was so helpful, and Steve the security man was a darling! Miri makes the best cocktails!

  Hotel was very clean and hygienic, cleaning took place throughout our stay ,really liked the friendly staff so nice, all around the area people were so friendly, this has been added to our top destination list ,especially lola (trouble)on reception,Gino,and his mum (I think),also new girl at snack bar ,patience of saints ,first time to greece in 30years ,how nice you all are ,can't do enough for you and the young girl over the road in the supermarket and mr security, the list can go on ,you guys should be so proud xxxx

  Best Hotel, Fantastic staff, Great location

  Just back from 10 day stay here. Could not fault anything. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was amazing and the location was excellent. I wanted to go on holiday to somewhere familiar as we hadnt been on holiday for many years due to moving and my health. My husband has never been to any of the Greek islands. I knew Zante was beautiful and wanted to stay centrally. We chose this hotel after reading the reviews. We arrived and were guided to a block across from the main hotel, initially we were thinking where are we going but on arrival at our room we were pleasantly surprised. There was a cleaning seal on the door so we knew it had been sanitised due to the current Covid situation. We had gorgeous views of the sea and mountains. I had packed ear plugs as my previous stay in other hotels here I needed them. But not this one. Our block was full but we didnt hear a thing. The hotel is situated perfectly just a few minutes walk from the beach and a few minutes walk from the main strip. There are three pools in total none I would recommend for swimmers as they are all a little shallow. At first I thought this was a negative but it wasnt. The main pool was warm as it wasnt too deep. Everyone was scattered round so distancing was easy. I could do the breast stroke no bother at all. The pool snack bar was excellent. Food was cooked to order and we enjoyed everything we had to eat there. Vaggelis and Yanna were brilliant. A little Greek goes a long way. With smart phones there really is no excuse. Varggelis also helped us with some new phrases lol We really enjoyed our interactions with Varggelis and Yanna. The restaurant staff were amazing, Effie in the morning was a delight. Very friendly and helpful. Like an Aunty you wish you had. Alex was friendly and helpful too. Miri in the main bar also. I know Ive missed some people out so I apologise if they read this. Everyone was brilliant. I would recommend anyone planning on visiting Laganas to stay here. I would emphasis you need to be patient, due to the restrictions the staff have to serve you individually. We really didnt have to wait anytime at all. This can take a little longer but it is for everyones safety and to stop cross contamination. Zante has a reputation of being a party island. Yes there is a young element but dont let this put you off. It has so much more. Friendly people, Beautiful beaches, countryside the turquoise clear water is stunning and the food is excellent. We had planned to eat out and try different restaurants to also support the economy but we only did twice as the food was so good at the hotel restaurant. There was also theme nights which you book. We can recommend the BBQ night. The receptionist Lola was so helpful and always had a big smile to greet you (behind the perspex screen then she put her mask on) this was a lovely touch as not seeing the faces of the staff was the only negative we had about them which obviously was out of their control and was for the safety of everyone. It was obvious that the hotel was taking sanitising seriously. Hand sanitisers everywhere and staff constantly wiping down tables etc. We felt very safe. All going well we are planning on returning next year. Five star plus. +

  Cant fault this hotel. My second stay here and will definitely be returning. With the COVID situation things were different, quieter, not as much choice at meals etc, but all the staff couldnt have been more helpful. All the bar, kitchen and reception staff would go the extra mile to make your stay even more enjoyable. Was 1 a day extra for WiFi which is reasonable. Its only a two minute walk down to main strip. Theres bars, shops, places to eat, trips out. and a five minute walk down to laganas beach. We had a family room overlooking the pool, was lovely and clean, and although cleaners werent able to come in each day all you had to do was ask if you required clean towels or bins collected. There are a few pools to choose from, and the snack bar across the way cooked food to order, (burger, chips etc) and they were exceptional, yum. Had a lovely time here, no problems whatsoever, and as I said Ill be returning soon, hopefully 2021 fingers crossed.

  August stay

  I stayed at this hotel for 10 days during August, staying with friends. It was all inclusive. It was limited due to covid, but no fault of the hotel. Hotel was basic but clean, room and bedding changes had to be booked, which was no problem. Bar man was good,I cant remember his name, began with M. Lovely girl serving food called Elsa, she was fantastic. Always pleasant and friendly. Overall I enjoyed my stay, but this hotel is very close to nightlife, and as a result has many 18-30 guests, who are very loud and drunk most of the time. If you are a family, I would say this hotel is not for you.
