  I like this hotel's place alot.Near to everywhere I need.A bit noisy sometime but no problem. Because the city view was perfect from the window especially at night. About cleaning,actually I was expecting better.There was a sink as a kitchen part which is dirty for cleaning food and a rug which is really unnecessary. Bath and beds were quite good., the stuff was so helpfull and kind.Anyway you can choose it if you are not obsessive about cleaning and not staying alot in the hotel like us.

  Worth the price

  The room is spacious but a but smokey. No hopk to hang clothes in toilet. There is fridge and TV and table. For the price i paid, only a few options of private room and toilet, and its in a busy center location where you can get around easily, so the price worths!

  Good Hotel

  Great for short stay, room was clean and spacious with comfortable bed. I found it very conveniently located close to restaurants, minishop and taking taxi was easy. Overall I found this hotel very attractive with what it has to offer.

  Overrated..... I Do not Recommend

  Location is good and central, you can find all you need near the hotel. I had to go to another hotel as I did not like this hotel, it is definitely overrated. The room had no towels and and when I asked for one, they gave me a very old worn out towel. No curtain for shower and no daily cleaning. The noise coming form the A/C would not allow me to sleep. I moved out to a hotel with the same daily rate by the 3rd circle with much better facilities, daily breakfast, and welcoming employees. Stayed in March 2019

  I got arrested here WATCH OUT

  Literally a nightmare!! (Read the second part) I've spent 60 days there not a single day was a good experience, reception named AREEJ was very rude, having problems with everyone even the staff, first she lost my passport -she was playing with it to stalk my info- then denied it's her fault. We had a lot of arguments during my stay, Shout at me a lot of times, cursed at me, i try to do my work in the lobby and i have guests over she puts the worst music to the highest level because i asked to lower it down so we can work on the meeting, she said not your business i don't care and puts it higher like it's her own house, not professional at all. Problem is there are no one to talk to, no HR no front desk management so only a review by here. She wakes me up ringing my room everyday to ask for money although we agreed on long term payments, she claims i don't want to pay although i already paid 600usd, I come back to my room to find out she checked me out with no permission, excuse was only people who pay can stay. Wow :) Anyhow to mention other details the hotel is pretty old, i tried 4 rooms in two months almost the same to find no ac working, water leakage in toilet and windows from the rain as well, broken toilet flushes, shower is too dirty.. New covers/towels not clean - too worn out..etc etc.. Just a place to stay away from when you're in Amman :) This hotel sued me in the court for writing a negative review on booking revealing their bad behaviors with the reception AREEJ and the owner Nashat Taani they locked me out of my room with all my stuff inside my money, passports, clothes, phone, work electronics, car keys and everything i slept outside and police did nothing and court took more time to solve this.. This was worst experience ever in world wide hotels.. Never go there.
