  Terrible personal, terrible food, terrible service, the only thing good about this hotel is the location. They dont change the towels and clean the room properly. The food gave me an upset stomach, and the air conditioning and the fridge did not work.

  Hotel needs badly upgraded bit of a hole to be honest but not all bad close to main strip with a lot of nice places to eat found this out because the food in the hotel I wouldn't even feed it to a farmyard animal . Some of the staff are really rude some are nice George and Nina (the animation team) definitely the two friendliest .

  Location good is the only compliment I can give. Food is disgusting, you would not feed a dog some of the food which is always cold. Rooms need a good upgrade. Carpets filthy and beds are never made or changed. Cleaners leave fresh towels and 1 toilet roll per day and god forbid you need more than 1 toilet roll. My daughter became ill and vomited once in the bed which we demanded was changed as it had not been for the first 10 days. We were then charged for linen. Most of the staff cannot speak English and are very rude. Lifeguard sits on his phone all day. One little boy fell in the pool and he didnt even notice. Drinks well watered down and most of the time you have to wait until the bar man comes back in from having a cig . AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

  great hotel really traditional

  We have been going to sunny beach for 19 years we have stayed at this hotel for the last 6 always great service management and staff are wonderful great home cooked food not junk totally spotless and clean very welcoming we will be back next year thank to Niyana and all her wonderful staff xx

  stay clear

  i wouldnt stay there again if it was free. the food is awful when you can eat it you feel ill i ate the spaghetti bolognese and had to go bed for nearly 16 hours the rest of the food is awful same as the hotel.
