  Warm services and beautiful resort,

  Amahara new awaji . shuttle bus 1 Amahara 18 check-in 710 8 checkout 7 I have to say this one hotel is only a 3 stars on website but they are pasty of the big new Awaji hotel group. These are side by side connect to each hotel by covered walk way. No free to access to other outdoor public baths. Good view for sunrise, fresh seafood, free whisky drink after 8pm at the small lobby. During the day coffee and expresso in your room or in the lobby. Japanese and mandarin sparking staff. Limited English... so you better speak Japanese or chinese? Haha have fun! Recommend this place to friends and family.

  Beautiful Ryokan

  The maisonette house was beautiful and spacious. We had a wonderful Mid-Autumn Festival with the beautiful full moon. The staff was friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. We borrowed a small electric car to visit the Sumotomo Castle and an BBQ restaurant which was very interesting.

  This review is for Awaji Yumesenkei (sister property)

  The one I stayed was "Awaji Yumesenkei" instead of Yumesenkei Besso Amahara, I think they are sister properties, as these two hotels are connected by a long hallway, and I could also use those hot springs in Yumesenkei Besso Amahara for free! I booked the Japanese style room (tatami), and room was huge and comfortable (a bit old though), The lobby is very western style but the service is typical 5-star japanese one! We booked the room with set dinner and breakfast, the staff made our bed while we were having dinner, so when we returned to our room after the dinner, everything's all set! The set dinner and breakfast were delicious! Definitely a must NOT miss package! And the onsen (hot spring) are all nice! Do try to arrive earlier and try all available hot springs if you can!

  Cant wait to go back!

  I stayed here in December last year with my family, all I can say is I need to go back as soon as possible. Normally when I see pictures of hotels on their website or online I feel it has been edited heavily to make the rooms look better but honestly this hotel surpassed my expectations. The view from the room was so beautiful that I felt so relaxed and peaceful listening to the sounds of the water and looking at the gorgeous colour of the sky and even when I woke up in the middle of the night the scenery was just stunning. The onsen in the room is just amazing. I read reviews were people were unhappy about the onsen not being filled before hand. The reason for this is so that water temperature can be adjusted to your liking. As I went in December even if the water was filled it would be cold in 30 minutes if not topped up with hot water. The water from the onsen was so soothing for my muscles and really aided with my sleep. The amenities in the room i have to give 10/10. The beauty products that was left for the guests is really High quality and I just loved the coffee machine with all the different coffee pods. Also love the yukata selection so beautifully folded away and available in many sizes. The hotel has its own onsen and you can try out other onsens which is part of the same company in a different hotel. Breakfast was great- very healthy Japanese breakfast. I had my 1 year old daughter with me and was worried she will make a lot of noise for the other guests but they has prepared a private room for my family which was very helpful and put me at ease. I will be back again Thankyou!

  Always good service and beautiful resort!

  I stay here with my family every year to celebrate New Year. The staff is always very friendly and the food here was very delicious. (I like their breakfast especially.) Also, I could see the beautiful view from the private onsen in my room, which made me so relaxed. I will be back again. Highly recommend this place!
