  The hotel is average price and the rooms are large and clean. We stayed during peak season when prices are double compared to the rest of the year. Rooms are clean. Hotel reception may be empty but the owner sits at the shop next door keeping an eye on everything. The rooms facing the front may be a little busy at late evening. There is no hot water but it's not that bad during the day to shower. The hotel is situated in an expensive tourist area with restaurants over pricing the more expensive ones in Bangkok so please watch the prices. A price for a steak in Bangkok is around 250 to 350 and in Karin can be easily 500 to 800 almost same as London uk.

  Nice family accomodation

  We was there 6 nights,the place is very nice we had clean room,maybe little bit loud during the night cause the hotel is in the middle of the street...but everything is near,you dont have to walk a loot. They are a guest friendly Hotel. The accommodation dont offer a breakfast but in a few meters you have plenty of restaurants and bars who offer food for good price.The staff of the Hotel are kind and ready to help you,in the hotel they can wash you the clothes fore a few baht/kg. The beach is 200 meters or 4 mins walking from there...so dont worry book it We certainly will come back

  Lovely and homely stay

  Very near to the beach. Lots of bars and eateries nearby. The hotel is managed by an old lady who does the booking, cleaning, everything. She sits in the departmental store alongside the hotel and never sits in the reception. There is no sign board indicating that this the hotel so if u r arriving just ask people nearby. The rooms are spacious and you will feel very homely. My wife just loved it. Unlimited coffee or tea. Laundry was done in 60 Baht per kilos.

  For one night was perfect. The room was quite big and clean. For me was perfect after a long night. Check in was very fast and also possible after midnight. Parking place for motorcycle are available.

  Very good room for two nights

  Lovely staff, clean room, air con system very good. Located on a busy street so it can be a bit noisy at night with karaoke going on across the street, so be aware of this if it may affect you, but for us it was fine. We were on the top floor and had a separate wifi signal to downstairs which was very useful
