  Good hotel not a great location

  The hotel is in the middle of some waste land and has been newly built. The rooms are very clean and well appointed with a big shower. There isnt a very good bar and there is hardly any seating so your not encouraged to be in there and there is no evening meal. The breakfast was ok, not much choice.

  Very very nice hotel

  I stayed in this hotel already a few times and I have to say that is a really beautiful hotel! The lobby and the rooms are very clean and very spacious! The breakfast is also very good and the service is excellent! I highly recommend this hotel!

  The home away from home

  Been in this nice private hotel from March till July and felt so much at home there. The owner and employees are so very friendly that we became friends and still keep contact on WhatsApp. The rooms in this hotel are large and very comfortable. The style of the hotel is very modern which suited me very well. Each room got a large tv screen with a large selection of channels. The beds and the showers are very big so even big people can easily move around in there. The breakfast buffet is large, delicious and got a great selection of everything one need. Eggs are freshly made however one likes them. I would choose this hotel every time again I will stay in Mannheim. Business our private...   A small but modern hotel in a quiet neighborhood

  PROS: The staff is very friendly! I've yet to have a complaint about their service. The host, Mario, takes a lot of time maintaining the facility and welcoming newcomers. He even helped me park my bike. I enjoy the continental breakfast, 6 days a week. If you prefer, there is an on-site cook. She only cooks eggs and bacon but it's very good! The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and nobody causes trouble. No dunks, no prostitutes, no loud noises, etc. The lobby is always locked. I appreciate this because limited access makes me feel safer than most hotels. The camera is monitored 24 hours per day and only tenants are able to enter the building. The rooms are comfortable, especially the suites. I was surprised by how large they were. They actually feel like condos. CONS: The area is newly developed. So, the scenery is not impressive. I can see an industrial area, in the background and a regular residential area, behind me. If you're new to the are, you might get a little lost.
