    Accommodation near shops and restaurant

The "motel" is located in a small street where the building next to it are other "motels" and restaurant that local goes to. However, it is actually quite conveniently located because the Department Store "Galleria" is round the corner and few streets away. You could see the sign of "Galleria" building once you get out from the small street as then the building around will not block the sign. Also, once you get out from the small street to the main road; there is where the "town" located, with lots of restaurants (including those chained store), cosmetic shops and clothing shops. There is also a fresh market close by, and we bought a lot of fresh fruits like strawberries in a very good price. If you would like to have a walk, you could walk to the direction of the "river" and it is of around 20 minutes walking distance to the Jinju Fortress. The night view of the Jinju Fortress is great. The "motel" itself looks like are ran by family and friends. It would be great if you know some Korean to communicate with them. However, majority of the staff are polite and helpful. The entrance of the reception and lift lobby are hidden inside its own carpark; but there is a big sign of the motel name outside the building. Thought I would said it is a bit hard to find if you just arrive to the place. We took taxi from the train station and luckily they knew where is the Hotel after few rounds of search. But again, once you knew the location; it is actually conveniently located to shops and attractions. We would say walking from the motel to the intercity bus station is possible, but will be quite a while of walk. The motel will provide a pack of toiletries, like toothbrush/ toothpaste e.t.c. when you check-in. The room is spacious, but do not expect any view from the hotel room to outside though they have window; as there will be only buildings surrounding the motel. The room is with a jacuzzi and is good to try. There is free coffee and bread for guest to take just opposite to the reception. The motel is available for half day rent and night rent to cater different guests need.....so you will expect to see some couples checking in at night.

    Dont do it

My compnay booked me into this hotel for three nights - there is limited accomodation available to book online from UK in this area. The hotel had a very seedy feel to it, I checked in and immediatly cancelled my reservation and went elsewhere. The reception is a small grimey room located in the car park with a small cubby hole (you have to bend down to see the receptionist) to get your keys. This is definitely not a place I would recommend. Do your research and go elsewhere.

Neither for business trip nor for family trip. A bad experience with priceline.com and agoda.com

It has a nice room with a Jacuzzi. But, it is dark and the motel is in the middle of Jinju's party district with bars and restaurants. The motel is most suitable for illegitimate relationship (if you know what I mean by) or fooling around for one-nighters. Booking was also disaster. I booked through priceline.com. We thought we are dealing with priceline. In fact, the booking was made through agoda.com, which I've never heard then. Upon arrive at the hotel, they said that they do not have my reservation. The clerk showed me a list of the booking, but none with my name. Then, he said it happens so frequently and outraged how much they charged me for it. I got the same room at 30% less! When I checked the credit card, agoda.com charge showed up. I called them, and waiting for refund. I would place the blame straight to priceline.com because I booked because I though I was dealing with priceline.com. I will never use priceline.com for hotels again. I will stay with hotels.com. It just works and it is available when it says it is so. I've never found (much) better deal so far. Also, they give you a free night for 10 night booking through theirs. I found amazing deal for flights from priceline.com, and that is why I tried it for hotel this time.

    Great Location for Lantern Festival

We stayed here in October for the Lantern Festival. It was myself, husband, and 2 children. Hotel was clean. Room was small but we expected that. Coffee and toast were offered in the lobby. Hotel owner was very nice. His son speaks excellent English and helped us find a place to eat for dinner and breakfast. No complaints!
