    Fantastic stay

    we arrived late were checked in really quick and shown to our room ,the staff sprayed our luggage and there were hand sanitisers all around the hotel,the staff from cleaners to managers were so friendly the food was to a good standard and the all inclusive was fantastic value for money I would recommend this hotel to anyone,the towels and room were cleaned everyday to a high standard ,thank you ozgur and staff for a great holiday in these hard times will definitely return

    Needed that

    Turkey was a late substitute, like it was for quite a few. Then it was torpedoed by the Government 2 nights in. Determined not to let it spoil anything we just chilled at Yel. We were not disappointed great value for money at under £ 30 pppn after flights and transfers and for that a clean aircon room food and drink. Staff all worked tirelessly and stayed professional to the last day 13thOct when only 12 people left. Food very good especially the Turkish dishes, drinks are not main brands , at the price paid I would not expect them to be. Beer, Raki Turkish Tea and Turkish Coffee did the trick. Pool was very well kept, as were the gardens which smelled of Jasmine at night. Hotel is getting to grips with Selfish sun bed users reserving early, hope they crack down even harder. Cats are an issue all over Turkey, whinge less, enjoy more. Overall we made the right choice and had a very good relaxing 2 weeks.

    Truly excellent.

    We stayed at the Yell early October 2020, this was our third stay. Things are a little bit different this year because of the Covid 19 restrictions. The hotel had done a fantastic job, keeping safe there guests, from the moment that you arrive, hand sanitizer dispensers everywhere, temperature checking at the restaurant, social distancing, staff wearing masks, and changes to the buffet where the food is served by the kitchen staff from behind Perspex screening. The hotel is located approximately two miles from the centre of town, everything is fantastic, the hotel is very well maintained, rooms are comfortable but basic, the hotel has amazing gardens, that the staff tend continually. The pool area is spacious and clean, lots of sunbeds never had any problems finding somewhere to sunbath. Good all inclusive bar, with fantastic staff, and if you fancy a late night drink there is the extra bar, which is not expensive. In short, fantastic hotel, brilliant atmosphere, amazing staff, lovely food, nice selection of hot and cold drinks. I honestly can't find anything to fault.

    What can we say lovely hotel lovely staff junior and Philip entertainment team spot on all the bar staff and to the cleaners aswell room cleaned every day we were there lovely meeting new friends great bunch of them cant wait to go back

    Pleasant stay.

    Stayed at the YEL for 12 nights 5th to 17th Sept, Very clean in all areas, apart from the bar seating areas , which at times were covered in drink stains on the floor, and tables. That apart, all the staff were friendly, and wore masks all the time. Food was fine, always found something to eat. Drinks were ok, at times, but if you asked for ice, you got none, if you didn't you got plenty, we always got a bed near the steps to supermarket from 7am, but rest were all taken. A few nutters there, but not the hotels fault. We would visit again in future, because the good points far out weigh the bad. Met some very nice people while there ie Noel and Suzanne from Gateshead, great company. Billys beach is very good, and the few meals we had out in Hisaronu/fethiye were spot on..Philipe and Junior were great lads, your mam back in Izmir will be so proud of you both..
