  El hotel, lo mejor que tiene es la ubicación. Por lo demás, tampoco es gran cosa. Los empleados apenas hablaban inglés, y tuve una serie de problemas, incluso para que me indicaran donde está el baño. La recpeción está en la septima planta, lo cual es curioso, aunque poco práctico. El desayuno, muy orienta, incluso con rollitos picantes, pero tienen cosas básicas para occidentales. El tamaño de la habitación más que suficiente, y limpio. El mayor inconveniente que veo es el idioma, pero bueno, con paciencia todo se puede resolver.

  Good location/value for money

  I spent 4 nights in this hotel this month ,and I would have expected better facilities . The room size is big enough(executive ) with a nice view of Chongqing, but the bathroom really needs to be renovated! Old bathtub and not that neat! The Internet signal is a bit weak. .so don't expect to stream movie or download it ...its Very slow .. The fitness room is basically a tiny room with only 1 vintage treadmill and 1 bicycle! And the best is that it's located in a ultra smoky Business lounge! !! Not very cleaver !

  No problems

  Was very happy with my stay. 3 nights. No windows in thr room(by choice). Big bed. Good bathroom. A bit dated yes but good. Superb air conditioning. All the usual facilities. Quick check in check out. Always have to wait for the elevators which is a pain. Location superb. Very convenient. I would stay here again 100%

  Great Stay

  Right at the door step of the popular walking street. So very convenient for food, entertaiment, etc..... Very friendly and courteous hotel staffs. Great breakfast too !!! Will definitely saty there again !!! Highly recomended.

  perfect location w/ good people

  With out a doubt one of the best locations for Business, Shopping & Food. Recently stayed there with a group for one week. Rooms are big and surfaces are clean but there are major stains in carpets, door locks in need of repair. there is only one English speaking channel on the TV for which I was greatfull. Almost no one in the hotel speaks any English at all so it makes getting directions, ordering food ect... difficult. worst thing was that the internet was almost non exsistant. if you were lucky enough to get it 3 minutes at a time was the max. If I had been there on pleasure I would probably have had a better review but since I was there on work having no internet was a major issue.. beware the elevators they sometimes go to different floors. hose keeping will not pay any attention to the Do not disturb sign and every morning you will get a call (sometimes before your wake up call) to see if you have laundry. the staff is nice but with no English skills they couldn't help me with issues. I felt very safe there and my bed was very comfortable ( some in groups were very hard) Construction on building next to hotel starts at 9 am 6 days a week for a business traveler from the states I would caution you to maybe look elsewhere, if your there for the shopping & food and can speak a little Chinese you will most likely be just fine here.
