  Fantastic location to town centre

  Great little place to stay staff where friendly and polite and was within a few hundred meters of shopping precincts and directly opposite the Yamba bowling club. Has off street parking and swimming pool for patrons to use.

  Amazing

  Mum my, my two young boys and I were visiting Yamba for a quick stop in for lunch on the weekend and our car decided to stop! no mechanics open until monday... then had to order parts... The staff were so amazing and considerate with our situation. Rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. Highly recommend! Close to everything. Thankyou

  Best value hotel in town

  We stayed here on a short pass through visit and were amazed to find the cheapest hotel in town in the best location. The welcome was nice, the room was huge, quality was very good and location was excellent. Across the road from the Bowling Club and less than 500m walk to the nearest shops and restaurants. You could not ask for more. This is a typical country motel with off street parking and swimming pool. Large tv, newly refurbished bathroom we could not fault it.

  Clean and comfortable motel

  An overnight stay to break the driving trip. This motel is well situated, being an easy walk to the river and to the town centre. It is also directly across road from the Yambah Bowling Club. Room was very clean and well laid out and has been updated with modern furnishings, decor and bathroom. Bed was comfortable with good linen.Towels and amenities in bathroom also of good quality. Microwave oven and toaster in room along with usual kettle. A small pool and bbq area are provided. Overall, I found this motel to be very good and would definitely consider for a future stop in Yambah.

  Deceitful behaviour

  We made a booking through booking.com, arrived and paid on the credit card I had used when making the booking. The receptionist gave me the room key then said, "booking.com don't accept debit cards so I'll need to mark your card as declined but you don't need to do anything. Next time book direct with us and you'll save money" We got to the room and I got a message from booking.com to say my credit card had been declined (WRONG I'd already paid in full 5 minutes earlier) and the booking had been cancelled - we'd checked into the room!?!. The managers are taking bookings from online agents, cancelling them to save paying commission to the OTA's and then processing the booking as a direct bookings with a total disregarded to the impact this will have on a guest - having your credit cards marked as invalid/declined!! Deceitful and extremely disappointing behaviour - Yamba Twin Pines Motel, if you don't want to pay OTA's commission don't list your accommodation with them!
