  Bonito hotel pero el servicio malisimo!!

  Estuvimos 4 dias hospedados pero nos trataron en la recepcion y a cualkier lugar que hibamos como a la piscina solo con gritos y en Ruso o Ukraniano... nadie podia hablar ingles y otro idioma... El desayuno muy bueno y el unico lugar donde el servicio estuvo excelente..

  Mini ciudad en su complejo!!

  Muy contento con la semana pasada en este hotel.Muchas variedades de bares, restaurantes,piscinas,Interesante zoo con muchos animales,buena panorámica para la ciudade de yalta .A disfrutar todos los dias de una buena sauna,voleybol. Muy bueno desayuno.staff muy simpático.

  Muy lindo hotel

  Muy lindo hotel. Todos los servicios completos, lo que pidas en este hotel lo tenés: Bares, lugares para tomar algo, tiendas, una mini ciudad dentro de este complejo. Ambiente muy familiar. La habitación un poco chica, sin embargo tenía un balcón con una vista hermosa al mar. Los ascensores son pocos para la cantidad de gente que recibe este hotel. Desayuno excelente.

  Great hotel! One of the best in the Crimea

  Loved it! It was a bit chilly outside in late October but still it was fun swimming in the outdoor pools and enjoy the beach. Their breakfasts are awesome Highly recommend this place!!!! There are 1500 rooms at the Intourist which makes it sound huge but they control the access to it with the help of bracelets and security is everywhere. So you feel safe If you want to explore the city of Yalta its not far from the hotel - about 25 min walk. However, the area is mountainous and we were taking the golf cars to get to the Yalta promenade and back. Food is very tasty in the Crimea At least on our watch

  What could be great, is just average!

  To make it short, I'll have some pros and cons to this hotel: Good: - hotel surroundings and pools (great variety for adults and children) - food quality is ok (but boring - the same buffet at breakfest every day) - good children playground and playroom - wifi works reliable and everywhere - you'll have one registration, no further problems - 30/mbit up and downspeed - Wifi also at the beach - shows for children and adults every day - free drininking water stations on the road (but too few) - several saunas are included and quite nice (one is not, but not so good and dirty - cannot be recommended at all) - rooms are fully equiped (refrigorator, clock, big screen tv 40", AC) - ocean view from certain rooms and restaurant on 16th floor - gym on 16th floor - the little zoo is quite nice - mainly apes - there is a virtual center for extra cost which is quite interesting and has different attractions - good quality 3rd party hotels at the beach Not good: - quality of service is inexsistent - it's a huge hotel, individual guest are persived as an annoyance but not as a valued customer- the hotel is ok as long as you have not to deal with staff - the rooms are very small (we had the largest one with too rooms and 4 beds), but you feel like in a train compartment, it's soooooo smalll and beds are uncomfortable - cleanliness is a problem. Several times, room service did not show up and not clean the room, and when they clean, very supperficial. - breakfest is boaring - always the same food (2 weeks) and always the same fuit, tables are not cleaned (or late) - Our room was VIP - we could go to the 16th floor and have breakfest, but no one told us - on the groundfloor at breakfest, it was very diificult to get a table. Usually no chance and by lack afte 15 to 30 minutes, you'll find something. - the children pools are not open on certain days for cleaning (once or twice a week) - The beach is too small and stony - there is no sandbeach. There are not enough sun lounger (seats) at the beach and the beach itself is not nice at all (atmosphere of stone and metal) - no shuttle to Yalta - have to walk 20 minutes on dangerous roads or take expensive taxi - the daily eveing shows for adults are in general of low quality and makes you remember some end of school performances (Turkey for example has much higher level of artistique performance)
