  lovely time had by all ages

  We had a wonderful holiday in august and would come back in heart beat. the rooms are clean, bed comfy and shower always warm. We really enjoyed our breakfast and found the hotel to be well situated for trips, eating and drinking and we found lots to do in the resort. the hotel is small and the staff made us feel welcome children and adults. I found the staff worked long hours and always willign to listen and help- this is the turkish way. Thanks to everyone for looking after us. special thanks from Tomas who can now swim without his arm bands! see you again soon.

  fabulous hotel

  1st time staying here and it definitely wont be the last, when we arrived we were upgraded to a suite room on the 5th floor and all can say is wow the room was excellent very big and spacious the view from the balcony was to die for, the room was cleaned every day to a very high standard. the breakfast was good too. the staff were friendly and the manger Messi was very nice and helpful I would highly recommend any one to stay here its very central to all bars, restaurants and the beach is a 10 min walk

  Simply the best

  Stayed here again, 5th time running and doesn't disappoint. Staff are amazing, food is scrumptious, so clean too. Slightly quieter this year but to be expected. Please continue what you are doing because you are doing it right. Thank you x

  Excellent

  Firstly we were staying elsewhere in icmeler (see other review) but after 8 days we ended up moving here. I rang my friend in the uk shed stayed here the previous week so I asked her to book us in for the following day for 5 days, after she did this we walked down to make sure everything was ok, spoke to sunshine and asked could we pay and move straight away... of course you can was his reply so we paid to stay the Thursday night too... we went back to the other place packed up at 9pm and moved. Sunshine took our bags up to our room and arranged for the chef to cook us an evening meal, I had Mexican chicken, partner had sweet n sour chicken food was ok if a little salty. The rooms are spotlessly clean, fresh and bright, shower to die for ... a hand held shower head that detaches from the wall and a rainfall head from the ceiling ... constant hot water, fresh white towels and mini toiletries are provided, There is a small fridge, kettle and tea/coffee/mugs provided in the room, plenty of wardrobe space and a huge dressing table area with a large mirror for us ladies, the room is well lit with several lighting options, a tv and aircon (payable) Wooden flooring instead of slippy tilling and slippers are provided. The maids clean daily providing fresh sheets and towels the cleaning is to a high standard, there is also a small balcony area with a table and 2 chairs. The hotel is based over 4 floors with lift access, my only gripe is the lift broke and I had to use the stairs, I have mobility problems so found this difficult however I managed as I was on the 1st floor (there are ground floor rooms). There was a couple of complaints about a certain member of staff from Women travelling alone or without a male companion, we heard it from one lady around the pool on several occasions however I dont think calling him a Jewish t**t went down too well and maybe thats the reason he was rude to her. All in all we had a fantastic stay, it was peaceful and quiet I had to ring reception one night at 3am because someone was shouting and carrying on in the bar area but this was rectified instantly. Would we stay here again, most certainly weve already booked for next year.

  Fantastic stay !

  My cousin was staying at this hotel and I am so grateful she was ,I had been staying at another hotel and was having a bad experience with them and refused to go back after day 3 ,my cousin asked the manager messi if he had any available rooms last minute and lucky for me he did. I arrived at the hotel ... I was welcomed and shown my room on the ground floor...A beautiful room ... I was asked if I was happy with the room and that if I wanted to I could move upstairs to the room next door to my cousin.... I was happy with the ground floor and that night I slept so good I didn't get up till 12pm the next day . The room was very modern and updated and the decor was beautiful, the beds were very comfortable and there was extra pillows in the triple size wardrobes, we had a small fridge ,A kettle,cups and hot drinking products, A decent size on the wall tv and a big dressing table. The bathrooms are the best iv seen and used in turkey so far,lovely tiled walls and floor with a shower and free products (soap,shampoo and conditioner ) and plenty of toilet rolls and very clean towels. All the staff are lovely and fantastic here and I never experienced any rudeness from any of them, They always had manners and were helpful and made the children laugh by the pool ,They work hard and do more than enough . My 11y daughter got a mouth ulcer which was really painful and I couldn't find anything in any of the shops,after a few days of seeing her in pain and getting stressed out that i couldn't find anything I asked messi the manager and showed him what I needed ,he straight away got another member of staff to go all the way to marmaris chemist to get it for me (and this was 10pm at night ) I honestly couldn't thank them enough and he didn't asked me for the money back even when I offered. The pool is a good size with a slide which the children really enjoyed ,and there was always sun loungers and good music playing ,the pool and pool area was always cleaned. The food is really nice and well cooked ,and I really enjoyed there Turkish breakfast in the morning which was fresh and plenty . Me and my family and a lovely 8 day stay here and my children cant wait to go back,Already booked for next year.
