  Beautiful place

  We stayed here for one week. Everything was perfect. Nice stuff, good location,for us breakfast was also good. Hotel gives you a bike for free to drive to the beach or around the city. They give discount for the beach (2 sun benches and umbrella will cost 15) but you drive till the end of the road and you will find a free beach. Only one thing we didnt like, always was a wierd and disgusting smell in our room, aroma stuff or stuff for cleaning. Really unpleasant smell. Otherwise we loved this hotel.

  If you like the maritime please go

  Yacht club is fantastic, very nice atmosphere in the most fantastic marina in Italy, the rooms er very nice ( only a few) there is a restaurant , roof top bar with Marina view the food is ok. The club has also a very nice lounge.

  Tranquil

  For business in Amico, this unpretentious hotel fits the bill. Set amidst the newly developed marina, it is within a 10 minute walking distance of central Loano where there is an array of restaurants. Helpful staff at reception and a hearty breakfast with near panoramic views.

  An excellent week at YCML

  As someone who spends a lot of time traveling, from the minute we managed to find our way through the security barriers to reception we thoroughly enjoyed our stay T YCML . A good location just outside the city hustle and bustle, excellent rooms which were spotless throughout, with very friendly staff who could not be more helpful. Restaurant was very good for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a couple of well presented events on the top deck during the stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the solarium facility which helped best the heat and was not too busy at the time of our visit. Happy to recommend.

  Great place to stay, but... WORST BREAKFAST I'VE SEEN

  We've never stayed at any yacht club before, so were very curious about the Yacht Club Marina di Loano. First of all, the location - rather far from the city center, but Loano is not really that interesting, so I don't consider this as a disadvantage. There are some shops and restaurants in the marina, but keep in mind that off season most of them is closed. We were there in the 2nd half of October and the marina was deserted. It's not that easy to get to the hotel, but you get very clear instructions, so that's great. It's awesome that they provide accommodation with a free parking spot. It is a bit complicated with all the different cards, keys, remote controls that you get but manageable. The staff at the reception was very helpful and nice, you only have to remember that they are not available 24/7, only till 7pm as far as I remember. The room was great: stylish, comfy, with kettle, tea and fridge, great view over the marina, and yachts. From our balcony we could also see an old church in Loano! One disadvantage: really weird smell in the room, like from a detergent or sth. Very nice lobby/seating area, with huge and comfy sofas, interesting reading options and great views. Now about the not-so-great stuff: the lobby area was completely deserted, someone in another review mentioned mood like from the movie Passengers or the Shining - totally agree. Most of the facilities were closed during our stay: the bar, the restaurant, the sun deck. The hotel should mention that in advance. Sun deck I understand, but it would be nice to have a drink overlooking the marina - we couldn't. But the worst part was breakfast - it was on a 2* hotel level... Limited choice, no toaster, nothing warm to eat, no hot milk (who eats cereals with ice-cold milk???), disgusting juice, everything cooled and stucked into buckets with ice cubes... Brrr! Very desperate, we found a rumpled menu card on the table - supposedly they can offer you some beacon, scrambled eggs or toasts, but the waiter did not mention any of that to us! He spoke little to none English, but I've managed to order a toast - he prepared it outside, so it was barely warm. WORST BREAKFAST I'VE SEEN IN ANY HOTEL
