  Lujo asiático en la ciudad de los pandas....

  Realmente sorprendidos por las instalaciones del hotel. Habitaciones espaciosas,con todas las comodidades,y excelente ubicación. El personal,muy atento, todos muy simpáticos, a pesar de la barrera del idioma. Excelente hotel. Todo decorado con pandas. Súper recomendado.

  Well-located Hotel

  Room - in good condition but lacking in term of air-conditioning where you cannot set to a lower temp. It's either at 24 or 25 degree. Location - excellent as it is just opposite Chunxi and TaiKooLi and there are lots and I mean lots of shopping. You can also find lots of restaurant and snacks stall around there

  Average Hotel

  We stayed in this hotel as part of a Wendy Wu Tour. The hotel would have been a grand affair in its day but it needs an update. The room was clean but the air con was poor. We had two evening meals in the hotel which were super but the breakfast was poor.

  Couldn't get the airconditioning below 25 degrees

  An adequate hotel but a bit tired. I turned off the airconditioning and opened a window in the 18th floor which opened enough for an average person to fall through. Not able to cope with a tour group for breakfast, no hot food, bread, cups, butter, milk, coffee machine not working. One egg at a time was being cooked whereas the day before there were numerous being cooked together so no queue. Staff with no English and guests with a short time to eat flustered. Room facilities good. Tried to get a foot massage at inhouse spa but the shortest offered was 90 minutes, I asked through Google translate if I could have 30 minutes and although there were 6 staff sitting around, I was told 90 minutes was the shortest offered so I didn't bother.

  Chengdu Stay

  Stayed for 2 nights & found hotel okay, albeit reading reviews about poor air con, Id agree wholeheartedly, it simply didnt work and our room was very hot. Thankfully cool outside so opening windows allowed cooler air in. Elevators very slow also and on last day some folks waited 20 minutes on one to get down to reception. Generally an okay hotel, public areas very good but rooms could do with upgrading, especially the air con. Once again a distinct stale cigarette smell pervaded the corridors & room.
