  Winter wonderland!

  Decided to take a week of vacation in January and did I ever pick the right place! Great room, great service, beautiful views, I just can't say enough about this place. Heated indoor pool......... Just pick Club Wyndham Westwinds!

  Biggest disappointment in 15yrs

  I truly hate writing this review because the staff at Westwinds are absolutely amazing however the changes that Corporate has made due to COVID 19 is ridiculous. My parents have been snowbirds coming here for past 15 yrs spending January-March each year. Over those 15 yrs they have formed many friendships with other couples who travel from all over every year to be at this same resort to spend time together. They have enjoyed many activities through the years. This year is different. First let me start by saying my parents are 80+ yrs old and pay monthly regime fees for timeshare. This year they were told upon arrival that there were no activities as in previous year due to COVID- no hot tub and pool for 1hr if signup only- ok. Then they were told no biweekly or weekly room tidy/clean that they are responsible. What!! Yes they have to clean and change their linens as long as they stay-even though they are paying the regime fees. Even cleaning toilets! This all in the name of COVID. Also there are no more newspapers delivered to door daily which might seem petty but what does this have to do with anything. Corporate has made changes to keep money in their pocket but not to keep guests coming or feel welcome. What kind of vacation or stay is this?! I am a frontline worker- I am a nurse who has worked throughout this pandemic so dont tell me about COVID- not providing cleaning during guests stay is terrible.

  Great Location

  The woman who checked me in was incredibly personable and exceeding helpful. What a great first impression she made. When you have someone with that type of enthusiasm and personality at the front desk it goes such a long way in making guests feel welcomed. Her name was Melissa or Carissa I'm just not white sure but I am sure of the fact that she is a wonderful ambassador for Wyndam. The unit was outstanding. the temperature control was wonderful and easy to regulate. The bed was comfortable. I will stay here again for sure.

  Lovely Break

  This is a nice beachfront location. I went to sleep listening to the waves and woke up to beautiful sunrises daily. The indoor pool was by reservation only to prevent overcrowding. The unit was nice and comfortable but space was a little tight for a 2 bdrm. Food pick up was close and plenty of delivery options. The staff was accommodating and helpful.

  Great View.

  Great View. Had a good time. Weather crappy first week, good the second week. Got tired of Wyndham sales staff trying to sell us more timeshares. Their insulting when they do it. I would highly recommend. however the timeshare sales staff all over town. Every family event center has them throughout locations and they bugged the hell out of you.
