  Excelente desarrollo para vacacionar

  Excelente desarrollo para vacacionar en invierno, es un pueblo muy bonito y con todas las comodidades además de la opción de esquiar está a 40 minutos y muy buenas pistas, también hay excelentes restaurantes

  fun trip but had to cut it short...

  due to the weather in Texas as well as our house flooded...will be back!! : ) It was warmer in Pagosa Springs than Texas which was odd....great skiing weather the 2 days we went....got lots of great pics and drone videos as well!!

  Spacious accommodations, beautiful location

  We brought some of kids and grandkids for skiing at Wolf Creek. Our condo was very spacious and worked great to accommodate the 8 of us. The kitchen wasnt as stocked as other RCI resorts we have stayed at, but since we drove I was pretty well prepared. Everyone loved the biggest jacuzzi we have ever seen on the bottom floor and the youngest grands used it to swim in nightly. LOL! We also made use of the recreation center and the large indoor pool and hot tub area one day of our stay. Very nice!!! Everyone is already talking about coming back next year.

  Complain if you get an old unit

  The deal here is that they have hundreds of units. Some are recently renovated and quite nice and others are out of the 60s. In these older units the furniture is tattered, the kitchens small, and the dining room table and chairs sized for children. I dont know why Wyndham still rents out these units. We were put in one, complained, and got transferred to a renovated unit. They arent well built - you can hear most of what goes on in neighboring units if they are occupied. The location is terrific, but just dont expect the ritz.

  Great Stay!

  Family of four stayed at Teal Landing (1416) for four nights. We had an awesome stay and felt like the value for what we paid was great. We arrived quite late (10pm) but the check in process was seamless. Clerk was friendly and informative. We were given directions to the condo and info regarding the pool. It was a bit challenging to find the condo in the dark, but we made our way there. The condo was clearly recently renovated and it was lovely. One bedroom with a king bed, one room with two twins and a sofa bed in the living room. Master bathroom has a shower and a beautiful free standing tub. Each room has ceiling fans, TVs, lamps with USB ports, and alarm clocks. Master bedroom and living room have view of the lake (probably quite lovely normally - its was snowy and frozen during our stay). Living room has sliding glass doors that open to a small enclosed sitting area facing the lake. Kitchen is fully appointed with appliances (full fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee pot) and any necessary cooking/eating utensils. Also, there is a washer/dryer & ironing board. Plenty of seating for dining (table seats 6 plus 2 seats at kitchen bar) and relaxing (living room has two sitting chairs and the sofa). Closets are plentiful around the entire unit. Heating worked well as did all ceiling fans. Wifi operated well during our stay. Kids were able to do online schooling and streaming to their computer. TIPS and FYIs - The rec center had open swim available as well as lap swim available by appointment. Hot tub appointments available for 30 min sessions, however none were available for the one day we had free so plan accordingly. We never visited the rec center during our stay. -No smart TVs (meaning no streaming apps). They offer basic cable and there is also a DVD player in the living room and the club lobby has a small dvd selection available to borrow. - The safe in master closet seemed to need to be reset so we were not able to use it. - Housekeeping does NOT service the room each day during your stay so you will need to call if you need more toiletries, towels, etc. Everything lasted the duration of the stay with the exception of shampoo/conditioner/body wash. You will be responsible for taking out the trash to dumpster, as needed. - The club is pretty well located and close Main Street (about 8 minutes) and there is a grocery store and Walmart about 5 minutes away as well as many restaurants.
