  Beautiful Place to go

  I can say this was a delight. Everything was as I imagined. I booked for me and my fiancé the only problem was they had it under her name alone I have to admit I didn't like that but all else was great. I'll leave the rest for you to say after your visit.

  Great stay at TOWERS ON THE GROVE

  We had a great room with the most comfy beds. This is a great resort on the beach. Marguaritas during the week were yummy. The girls in the office are the best, I left my purse in the unit when I left and it beat me home, thats how fast these guys help to ease your mind. I love this resort and will we back again.

  Cousin trip

  Fantastic resort. Right on the beach. 2 bed room unit was comfortable but didnt have enough cabinet space. There was always security in the garage were you unload and they were helpful and very friendly, as all the staff were. Parking garage is across the street. We want to plan another trip to Wyndham Towers on the Grove to hunt for more sharks teeth.

  Relaxation

  Beautiful location, well maintained property with excellent customer service. The facility COVID protocol was obvious and appreciated. Thank you to Holly our RCI liaison and Jenny Smith (Security) for exceptional service. Jenny Smith is the essence of service and hospitality.   My Terrifying Stay at Towers On The Grove, Myrtle Beach SC

  Denny at the front desk will lie to you about accommodations that you call ahead to request. She will assure you that your request has been honored and when you arrive you have been assigned a totally different room on a totally different floor! On Friday, February 26, 2021, at 8:30 pm, we noticed a smell of marijuana filling the room, I called front desk and Security was sent up to unit 428, right beside me. About 9:30 pm when I laid down, there was loud talking and lots of noise coming from that unit, I tried to avoid it and I fell asleep. About 11:30 pm I was awaken, terrified, traumatized and horrified by loud kicking and knocking on the door of unit 428!!! It sounded like he was about to come through my unit door! My bedroom was beside the door that he was loudly, violently, kicking and knocking on. I was so traumatized and scared, I couldnt move! My body was shaking uncontrollably inside and out. I woke my husband up. The guy outside, started shouting to the people inside, about being owed money; he said he was going to kick the door down and some body was going to regret it when he got in! I knew I needed to call front desk for help, but there was not a phone in the bedroom, only in the living room. I was so afraid that if I moved, he would hear me and direct his anger towards my unit. I didnt want my husband to leave me alone for not even a second, out of fear! After lying there for a while, we finally got the courage to ease to the phone, and call front desk to ask for HELP! Finally, after TWO hours of this agonizing trauma, and several calls begging front desk for help, at 1:30 am, they left! Then, housekeeping kept going back and forth out of the unit cleaning it and it seemed every 15 to 20 minutes they were slamming the door. That all finally stopped about 2:30 am. Amy, front desk manager, was very nice and my request to refund my money for the stay here was granted!
