  muy buen hotel, muy buen servicio, y ubicación. el personal muy eficiente, las habitaciones muy buenas, limpias y amplias. El desayuno muy completo, con diferentes opciones y un buen servicio personalizado. El hotel se distingue de cualquier punto del lugar, ya que es el edificio más alto

  Hotel En Sprinfield

  Si hay ciudades tranquilas en EEUU Sprinfield es una de ella y no cuenta con muchas buenas opciones para dormir y esté hotel es una de ellas. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para descansar Tiene piscina buen restaurante y cochera pegado al hotel

  nightmare horrible conditions and stay

  no running hot water in my room lost reservation tried to downgrade the room then when I got in the room there were hallway parties all night long every night and kids having tantrums and dogs barking, then fighting people screaming, then people taking nighttime hallway phone calls couldn't get any sleep over three nights the water issue made me late to my brothers funeral then they said it would be fixed it was not so they again made us late for the funeral reception no hot breakfasts advertized their idea of breakfast was a bottle of water mandrian a cewey granola bar and a yougart but with no spoon they were under complete construction and it was a construction zone and out of the elevator on the third floor you couldn't barely get out they had stacked multiple mattresses it completely filled the hallway at the elevator oh which by the way was broken and not usable only one side was working but sounded like it was going to break any minute the fire marshall would have closed this place down along with the health department for the non running water then to top it off they said they would comp my stay and renigged on that to only one night which is horrible they are not of their word and they were blaming the staff person who tried to fix the problem saying they will take the expense of any refunds made from her personal paycheck and she will be reprimanded for trying to fix the issue saying she had no authority to say or do anything to make it right and I will go to court to defend her if they do anything to her for trying to help and do her job to make it right also the other staff that was there the maintenance and cleaning staff spoke that they cant say anything because their job is on the line and they are in fear of loosing their jobs due to if they speak that anything was wrong but they kept apologizing for the problems it is obvious to me that the new owners and management are very unprofessional and they are not about to do what it takes to make this place good again like it was when we stayed before with the previous owner and management these employees are in fear of this new command its horrible oh yes I also have to say the heated pool is not or at least it was not on and the drunken parties outside the hotel by the construction people or whomever they were didn't make you feel comfortable or safe not to mention they took our license and credit cards 4 separate times because they kept putting us out of there system so they said (I hope they didn't steal our identity )but i am afraid that might be the case I have to watch all of our cards now to see if they stole them and make charges I just don't trust anything after I see they don't honor their word and they pass the ball to the employees and blame them and threaten their livelihood just to work there to make a dollar so sad this was the worst ever I will say the one girl they threatened her check to pay the costs for the room switch she did try and put us in another room and it was upgraded for what we were supposed to get which we did not we paid a king suite on prepay hotels.com and got a king bed with a bathroom and a desk but again no running hot water the upgrade was a suite two rooms a double queen bedstwo bathrooms and a sitting room with a desk . the one girl tried she also said that out room and stay will be comped returning 259.25 they only, in the end, comped one night of a three-night nightmare stay they destroyed my brothers funeral and reception by making us late to both oh yes I also must say no face masks by front staff or management only partially by cleaning staff meaning while in the halls

  Very disappointed, not what I/we were expecting at all.

  Filthy. Old. Unkempt. Unsanitary. Loud at times. Broken down and in disrepair. Not a pleasant experience. Not the same standards as years ago. Was looking forward to a month long stay for personal and business. Left 10 days earlier than planned with no refund to us. Brought with us a clean freshly groomed small dog and left with a filthy, flea infested dog that needed grooming and vet medication.

  Horrible place to stay. Negative 10 star rating

  We had 15 rooms. All were horrible. No hot water or water pressure. No maid service or place to put trash. The TV and WiFi did not work. The furniture was falling apart. The legs were coming off the desk and bench in the rooms. In our suite the couch was so broken down it was like sitting on the floor. The noise was so bad it sounded like there was a recking ball hitting the side of the building. Found out the noise is normal and the staff wear ear plugs when working. The noise was non stop. Could not sleep. Never ever stay with this hotel chain again. No room service. There was a group partying the hall all night long on Friday night. No sleep the entire weekend. When checking out the person checking me out never asked how was my stay. They knew what all I was going to say. Can not stress enough how bad it was. Inside the suite looks nothing like the pictures on the website. Do not be fooled into staying here. You will regret it if you do. I would give this property a negative 10 stars I it would let me.
