    Fairfield Glade was amazing!

    We had our first family vacation and stayed at Fairfield Glade. The staff was friendly and helpful the entire week of our stay. We really enjoyed our condo and we loved relaxing by the fireplace. There are several waterfalls nearby that you don't want to miss! Only 2 hours from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We will absolutely be back!

    TN Mountain Getaway

    The condo was 5 stars; clean, mattresses were comfortable, wood delivered quickly upon request for fireplace, front desk staff friendly. The community is quiet and have limited activities, but that fit my trip for this time of Corona virus. Great place to go to just get away from things to mediate and enjoy being alive.

    Couples just because getaway!

    I would highly recommend this resort The staff was very friendly and informative even the natives that live there were very welcoming and giving us lots of info about the area and things to do very relaxing a lot of peace and quiet and overall a great experience.

    Dont drink the kool-aid

    The resort is very nice, but the sales people are very aggressive. Enjoy your vacation - do not accept an "opportunity" for a sales pitch because that will ruin your day. They promised breakfast, which we did not get, they promised one hour and kept us for over three hours.

    BEWARE of the Sales Tactics!!

    The resort and staff were very courteous and respectful. However, the sales staff insulted us and were very rude when we didn't sign up for the Wyndham program. BEWARE of the "90 minute" presentation that turns into three hours. We were insulted and belittled at the end of the presentation. Wyndham needs to redesign their approach and STOP this behavior. Our room was beautifully updated recently and the grounds were beautiful. We didn't spend much time on the grounds as we had plans to travel around locally and to Knoxville. After our horrible experience with the sales staff, we wanted nothing else to do with the resort.
