  Hotel Increible!!!

  Pasamos una semana espectacular en este hotel. Todo perfecto. Habitacion, servicio, jacuzzi etc! Lo mejor el servicio y la SIMPATIA de todo el personal. Fue increible como nos recibieron y atendieron. Gracias al gerente general Pete Reyes por su atención personalizada con nosotros. Se nota que todos los empleados estan a gusto trabajando en el hotel.

  Great location, very walkable area. Scenic area

  You do get a nice clean room with a full kitchen. That much is great. The air conditioner was pretty loud both times we stayed here. The second time we were here was during July 2020 and with the ongoing Covid 19 situation, you got a lot less for your money. The gym, pool, and restaurant were all closed. No coffee available in the morning, no cookies in the afternoon and no smores by the fire for the kids in the evening which were all there a year before. I understand why, but they cut a lot of services and you got a lot less for your money. In fact it was even hard to find staff in the evenings in you wanted to get more towels or other items. It was hard not to believe your money wouldn't have been better spent elsewhere.

  Stay here for premium prices without premium service

  TLDR; The half-assed and incompetent service will make you regret staying here. Dont make the same mistake as me. Self-parking is $50/day. When I asked why it was so much (pre-Covid valet parking here was only $20/day) they responded that the Ritz Carlton is charging $60, which didnt really answer the question. Wifi is slow, even after paying for the premium speeds. Only one elevator worked, so you always have a long wait, and often there will be a crowd waiting. There is no cleaning service to come and refresh things like coffee. Youre given only one serving. I assume I could have called the desk and asked for more, though Id be afraid to find out how much they may charge for extra coffee. The kitchen has a decent amount of supplies, although its missing baking sheets and oven mitts, making the oven decorative. The walls and ceilings do nothing to block sound. We could hear doors slamming down the hall and people moving around upstairs. Earlier in the week I asked for a late checkout, as I had a 1-2 hour work call I had to be on fat 11am. I was told that normally a late checkout was 12 noon, but that it shouldnt be a problem to extend it, assuming nobody has booked the room after we check out. When we arrived, I was told that a late checkout is only until 11am (which of course is normal checkout most places) but that I couldnt have it anyway and would need to vacate the room by 10am (they didnt even check the availability of the room). Not a great way to start a $475/night vacation. The told me that instead they would open up the business center for me, which was otherwise closed due to Covid-19. The morning of checkout, I went to the desk to be let into the business center, only to be told that no, I couldnt use it after all. The entire ordeal was very unprofessional. I travel 100+ days a year for both business and leisure, and have never encountered such treatment.

  Very comfortable

  My family of four stayed in a two bedroom suite for 3 nights. We had plenty of space, we liked the location near restaurants and a grocery store, and we had a great time. It was extremely clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend the property. A couple of things to keep in mind: Parking costs $15/day for self-park. If you want to connect more than 4 devices to WiFi, you have to pay $10/day, which I found a little disappointing. Some things to check out within an hour's drive: Glenwood Springs has great whitewater rafting and the Glenwood Adventure Park is really cool. We also spent a day at Copper Mountain Resort (30 minutes away) and rode the mountain roller coaster, the water boats, and the scenic chair lift. Lots of things to do in this area! Everyone everywhere is masked, so it feels great. Definitely recommend!

  Very nice! I would go back to the hotel.

  We got to the hotel last Thursday afternoon. Due to COVID, we had to call a phone number that was displayed in a billboard outside, and a staff member came out to receive us. We carried our luggage - there are bellman carts available - and parked the car in the garage ($15 p/night). We got a presidential suite, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. Everything was super clean and tidy. We stayed for four days, and the hotel does not clean the rooms until the guests leave. The check out is at 10 a.m. We used the barbecue at the back (first come, first serve), and the weather was very nice to have dinner outside. There are a few couches and tables. Also, the paly room was open, but not the spa or other amenities. The staff was amicable and were there for 24 hours. We had no issues at all with the room or the staff.
