Fabulous HolidaysOne of the most memorable and amazing holidays. The resort is well maintained. Facilities are great. Staff are very friendly and ready to help all times. They will go extra mile to accommodate any special needs

Staff proficiency is very lowI have accomadated with family for 2 weeks. Location is very peaceful and relaxing. Rooms are like an apartment so you will have home comfort. On the other hand cleanness was not good. It was a very rough cleaning and we had to clean it by ourselves.Restaurant staff is even worse. Not professinal. Except few young waiters/waitresses they were looking like they hate what they do and they don't want customers to come again. Quality and service was very poor.

Not what its like on the pictures at all!!I went to this resort for a two week stay most of the staff were really nice and helpful but on the other hand the food was always cold there was barely a variety for food on most of the occasions for younger people as-well. We went the the beach on the shuttle bus and did not expect it to be that bad there was no grass no umbrellas were up the beach was full of sea weed and it was dirty if Im honest I would not ever think of going back there again. We met a lovely family there and they were disgusted by the treatment we was given as there young daughter got given raw chicken after that night them closing half of the restaurant and only had a few bits of food but two hours later after having to argue with a manager to even get us food cooked so if you are ever going to go there I suggest you just self cater as you would find the experience much better.

Excellent Value For MoneyWe stayed at the CLC Kusadasi for 7 nights at the end of Aug 2020 during Covid. We travelled with our young children aged 8 and 4 and our 8 week old baby booked with Jet2. Adults had to wear face masks at the airport, during the flight and on the coah transfer but you could take them off whilst eating and drinking, so just make your drink last! On arrival at the hotel 1 person was allowed to go into reception to check and the rest were asked to wait outside. Luggage was sprayed down and sanitised. There was hand sanitising stations all over the hotel and temperature was checked at the entrance gate (we went out of the resort a few times and it was always checked as was the taxi drivers everytime we entered the resort) and checked every time we entered the dining room. You were asked to wear a mask whilst walking round the hotel but it wasnt really enforced so it was more down to personal choice. We had a 2 bed apartment and it was huge. Plenty of space and 2 bathrooms. On first entering the apartment one of the bathrooms had a bit of a drain smell but a call to reception and it was sorted out within 15 minutes so you cant say fairer than that - they also offered to move us to a different room if we wanted but we liked the location. The hotel resort is massive. Lots of different blocks of apartments each with their own pool and most with their own pool bar. The pool bars serve snacks until 4pm and close at 6pm which is a shame as the sunset from our pool bar was one of the best ive ever seen so we just took our own drinks up there one night. I think it was the Pines pool bar. The entertainment was good family entertainment and certainly not the worst ive seen. Im not a massive fan of the ampitheatre style seating but on the nights when it was busy there was a good atmosphere, its just a bit annoying that theres no bar near so take a drink in with you. The kids loved the mini disco the only thing I would say is its perhaps a little bit late. Our 4 year old desperately wanted to join in but by 9pm when it started she was so tired she only usually managed the first couple of songs. The kids club was a bit underwhelming it was right at the back of the tennis courts and play area. I think it may have been due to covid that it had been moved from upstairs near the main pool bar which was a shame. Both girls went almost every day and loved it but I would have felt better if they had been closer and certainly if my older daughter hadnt gone I wouldnt have felt relaxed letting my 4 year old go on her own. The biggest let down was definitely the food. I wasnt expecting haute cuisine for what we paid but there were nights where we struggled to find anything and we're not fussy eaters! I hear people ordering extra snacks at lunchtime to take back to their room and heat up for the kids as there was nothing for them in the evening. Again, it may be due to covid as you could tell that the restaurant was empty compared to what it would normally be like. I have put a video up on youtube which shows the restaurant and food and the pool areas. We got a taxi out to Kusadasi one evening. If you dont like being hassled it give it a swerve. It was the old trick of 'come to my brothers shop and he will book your return taxi' nonsense and you get pounced on as soon as you pull up which when youve got little ones and a pram and tiny baby to sort out is a bit too much. We did however, go to Ladies Beach one day and returned in the evening as theres a really nice promenade of restaurants and tat shops and no mither so a much nicer experience if youve got a small family. Again, this is in the youtube video. We had originally booked to go to Olu Deniz where we have been before but lots of the facilities in our hotel were closed so we swapped it to here as it was a quarter of the cost. It was definitely worth the money. We also found that Kusadasi although not as nice as Olu Deniz, is much much cheaper to eat and drink out. If youre one of these that goes all inclusive and wont spend a penny when you get there youll be disappointed, you need to get a taxi to go anywhere off the resort (the hotel does have its beach but most of the people we spoke to said it was a bit naff and its worth paying the taxi to one of the others). All in all the kids loved it and for the price we paid I wouldn't hesitate to return.
