Muy comodo su ski in ski out location, maravilloso!

The staff was so helpful with any questions...Times were rather tough in mid-october when we spent 2 weeks in upper mid-west, visiting Colorado, South Dakota, Wyoming, and Utah. This was a vacation of a lifetime just like Gove. Nome states. We finished our trip in Park City, because it was close to Salt Lake City, more because had heard so much about the beauty of the area. It certainly was as advertised. Had a wonderful ten days in the Capital City and returned to National Harbor every night for a great home cooked meal and good nights sleep.

Wonderful property - We'll be back!I've stayed at several Club Wyndhams over the years and this one was one of the best! I didn't know what to expect beforehand, as several reviewers had mentioned the service wasn't great. Much to our surprise, every staff member we came in contact with was wonderful! We were in Park City for four days and fit as much as we could into our trip, listed below. I'll also list out a few details that I couldn't find answers to prior to our arrival: ~4 mile hike with Utah Outdoor Adventures (ask for Devin!) - This was an unexpected highlight of our trip, as we had some of the most scenic views of the mountains, toured the old mines, etc. Devin knew all the history of the area and took his time with us since we were still adjusting to the altitude. Food Tour (Local Food Walking Tours) - Moe was our guide and we went to four different restaurants as well as the museum downtown. He also provided us with some history of the area. Skiing - We purchased our passes well in advance of our trip, based off the new reservation system due to COVID. This season, you have to reserve your lift ticket dates in advance so they can control the amount of people on the mountain each day, so the earlier the better, especially for busier dates. Since we are not very experienced skiers, we also booked a half day group lesson through Epic Pass and are so very glad we did. Our instructor, Doug, was a great teacher and by the end of our class he had us skiing down a blue course, which I never expected to happen! It may also be helpful to know that if you are in a class, the instructors have a special lane they use to board the lifts, kind of like a fast pass at Disney, so that was an added bonus. Equipment Rental: We reserved our ski equipment through Aloha (valet is on the main floor of the Wyndham) and they were very helpful. If you reserve your equipment online you get 25% off. We were also able to do our fitting the day before we were skiing, and the valet had our stuff outside waiting for us the next morning. Our final evening in Park City, we had dinner at Riverhorse on Main, which was one of the best dinners we've ever had. Highly recommend if you're looking for a "splurge" meal. Groceries: There are a couple grocery stores nearby. We opted for Fresh Market, and they had *almost* everything we needed. Alcohol: Grocery stores can only sell beer so if you want wine/liquor you'll need to go to the state liquor store. There is one near Fresh Market. Getting Around: I definitely recommend a rental car if you're flying in, as there was a lot to see and do in the downtown area and nice to have a car to run errands, etc. Parking at the Wyndham was very reasonable, only $10/day. Room Location: We were in room 323 (2BR) facing the pool and we didn't hear any loud noise from people outside, nor did we hear the dumpsters noted by previous reviewers. Streaming: We brought a Roku to watch netflix but we had to use our AT&T hotspot to stream, as the hotel wifi wasn't fast enough for us. I hope this review helps answer some questions and provides ideas for things to do!

Surprisingly nice Wyndham, premium location! We stayed at the Wyndham in Park City for 4 days as part of our ownership points. This facility is only 6 years old and in excellent shape. The rooms were lovely, well-designed and look as nice as in the pictures of the Wyndham website. The key features that we liked are: -- Aloha Ski rental (small shop but super helpful) -- back door leads to ski lift (10 steps away) -- Waldorf Astoria on opposite site with excellent food -- very close to Park City downtown (5 min. by car) -- 12 min. to Deer Valley -- 35 min. to SLC Airport Would highly recommend this location.

Great Thanksgiving Stay - Safety Protocols FollowedLocation couldn't be better if you're looking for a ski in/ski out resort. Resort was clean, suites were large and had everything you would need if you were looking to stay in and cook or needed to do your own laundry. Parking was extremely reasonable at only $10 a day and we loved having a fireplace in the room. Although there is no restaurant, the hotel directly out the front door is a great spot to grab dinner or cocktails. There were only a few downsides to the stay. Checking in early was great as I have Diamond status and there was a room available. Like others mentioned in the reviews, choose a room on a high floor as you'll hear just about everything going on. The doors are heavy, so when people are waking up to leave at 4:00AM, you'll hear it. My room also faced the street and had a cement balcony unlike the ones shown in the photos. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to be able to use it. While the bed was extremely comfortable, it was odd that there were only 2 small pillows on a kingsize bed and the duvet cover was very thin. Housekeeping was quick to bring up two blankets and extra pillows. Not a problem at all -- but something that should be noted to make for an even better experience. Overall, this was a great experience. The staff was on top of all CDC guidelines and was happy to see them enforce them with guests.
