  Fabulous location; small piece of heaven.

  Stayed in 2 bedroom for a week. Lots of greenery and bunnies and deer who show themselves outside near patio. Large units; furniture a little outdated but clean and comfortable. Nice pool and beautiful views. Views of Newport Bridge from the pool if you dont have a Water view. Great service. Staff from sister hotel delivered tools to eat our lobsters.

  Spacious Units with great views

  We used timeshare points here so I can't comment on value for money. Our unit was clean, spacious and offered great views of the river and bridge into Newport. Location is close and convenient to the highway into Newport and close to downtown Jamestown.

  Just like home.

  We were fortunate to get unit facing water, unfortunate to be there during 4 day N'Easter which restricted outside activities. Our unit was spotless and had new windows. Nice grill on patio. Like quiet side of Jamestown but be prepared for $8 tolls when going over bridge to Newport. Lots of things to see & do on Narragansett and Jamestown areas. Would return there again.

  Nice Place but Limited Units with View

  Being off season you have to check in at the Bay Voyage Inn. The site was hard to find because the facility's sign was not lit. Only 6 units (the ones pictured) of the 19 have a view of the water. The unit that face the water do not have a garage. The unit (9 ) was spacious. The master bedroom was on the first floor. Room was very large with a huge walk in closet. You could have put an inflatable mattress and have two additional people sleep in there, it was so big. It was winter but if you have the unit during the summer and you were using the grill you would have to walk through the master bedroom to get to the grill and patio. The room was also colder than the rest of the unit. The second floor had the second bedroom, two twin beds. The kitchen comes equipped with a full size refrigerator, toaster, microwave, blender, full stove with oven, and a coffee maker. The dining area was rather dim at night, there could have had better lighting. The sofa bed in the living room was slightly faded from the exposure to the sun. Overall it was a very pleasurable stay.

  Million dollar view

  When I booked this, I didn't realize it was going to be a whole unit with rooms upstairs. It is definitely worth the price for the view of the water and the bridge alone (apparently, not all units have the view, but we were fortunate enough to have it). There's even a little beach you can walk down to from the water-facing units. The upstairs master bedroom has a balcony with the same spectacular view. This is a great place to stay if you're looking to visit the mansions (we visited the Breakers) or the beavertail lighthouse. A few things - the pool and hot tub are closed right now. You have to check in at the Bay Voyage Inn, but the man working there is really sweet. The unit itself is fairly plain, but clean. Again, the view is the obvious selling point here.
