  Its OK

  The staff is amazing! The resort itself is decent. What I loved was the lanai, it was spacious, comfortable, with beautiful furniture. I do feel like the inside of the room is outdated and our main bathroom was absolutely rundown. We stayed in 1B, where the lanai faces the back of a building.

  Safest Place on Earth Right Now

  We are timeshare owners here and go almost every year. It has always been THE BEST! This year we hesitated because of COVID. We were assured by the resort that all precautions were in placeand they were. Everyone wore masks and social distanced. Because of COVID we cooked more meals and ate out less. Thisvyear we often ate dinner and watched the sunset. The condo was as comfy as always. The staff were responsive to our needs. The sunsets were beautiful. The place has a healing energy. We came home refreshed and healthy.

  Lovely grounds~Great customer service~Centrally located

  This was our second visit to this property, 7 years apart. 1/2 mile walk to downtown~10 minutes to a beach & snorkeling~2 pools observing covid19 distancing/We felt really safe. Front desk was very friendly & accommodating when we needed fresh towels, etc. I would definitely recommend and will stay here again when we come back! Mahalo

  Its fine but could be better.

  Pros: The grounds are beautiful. The beds are the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in on vacation. The man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and accessible. You get these bracelet key cards which was AWESOME! Best part about the the place. Cons: The place needs some serious updating. Things were falling apart on us, the screen door was wonky and wouldnt close well, the appliances were super old and rusty...etc. The patio furniture just doesnt make sense...they dont have it set up where multiple can sit out there comfortably. There needs to be some deeper cleaning going on. I didnt feel 100% confident with the pandemic going on, so I went around an did a clean myself. Not family friendly. Kids arent allowed to bring pool toys to the pool and we felt like we werent welcome. Great place for adults and couples. Hot tub was not operational (probably due to Covid restrictions). You have to make reservations to enter the pool area due to covid. Only one pool is open 7 days a week. The other pool is open three days a week. They should make one pool family friendly 7 days a week. We totally bagged the pool situation and went to the ocean instead - better option anyway. After you check in, they subject you to a 20 minute talk about timeshares (nothing on their website about this part...ugh). They try to sign you up for an hour and a half presentation on timeshares (which you know will go longer). When you refuse, the saleswoman tries to gaslight you to make you feel like you will get her fired if we dont sign up or something. It totally put us off from the beginning. The floors are RAZOR thin. We had a family above us and you could hear every little noise they made. It wasnt the familys fault, it was how the condos were constructed. Final thought? Keep looking. You can do so much better than this place. It wasnt horrible, but it was a disappointment.

  Something Missing

  The property is conveniently located to the tourist areas - you can walk and not have to drive. The rooms are nicely sized and the beds are comfortable. It's great to have two bathrooms when traveling with family. The common area furniture was not that comfortable and an inside dining table would have been nice. There is room. The place is clean, the grounds are very nice but rooms are in need of an update. Because of that, I might look elsewhere on my next visit.
