  Great Location!

  Stayed for two nights during a California girls trip. The location cant be beat, right in the centre of the gaslamp district. We had tickets for the hop on hop off trolly and it was in very close proximity to the stop. There were also a lot of great restaurants in walking distance. The room we had was clean and spacious and would be great for long term stays with the full sized fridge and kitchenette in the room. The only two negatives were : #1) The only option was to valet park, however there are a number of parking lots around the neighborhood, valet is probably still cheaper. #2) We happened to be there on a weekend and there was a very loud bachelorette party going on next door to us. The walls are thin, we could hear everything, it even drowned out the street traffic. We contacted the front desk who sent security up. However that didnt stop them. The next morning we asked if the guests would be staying another night, we were informed that they would be, we asked to have our room changed to another floor but they were unable to accommodate our request.

  Great place!

  First of all the location was excellent. We did not have a car, and didn't need one. Everything is in walking distance or accessible by great public transportation. Another thing that was evident from the moment we got there is that customer service is an extremely high priority to everyone on staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back.

  Walked our feet off!

  Location was great, staff were very helpful and friendly. We were 3 women friends in a studio unit and we had an amazing activity filled week in January. Check out Coronado Island, rent a bike from Bike Revolution, midway museum, Balboa park and La Jolla. Thanks San Diego!

  Great Location

  Stayed at this place through a timeshare exchange. Did go for a sales presentation which was long (over 2 hours) in exchange for a $100 gift card. Location is very handy as everything is at your doorstep. We rented bikes for the week & only had to walk a couple of blocks to pick it up. The beds were a bit too soft for us. We also chose this place as it has a kitchenette which was very handy to make simple meals. Their gym is better than most & is very clean & not cramped. They also have a sauna & steam room which we didn't use. No breakfast facilities on site but just step out the door & there are many to choose from.

  Great Location and Service

  If you plan to be in the Gaslamp area, this hotel is a great spot to stay at. You dont need a car if you plan to enjoy and the nightlife. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. Mostly everything is within walking distance so its convenient. I made the mistake to rent a car and later realized that I didnt use it that much since we could walk or take the free city ride share service, Ride Circuit. Be aware that there is only valet service at $70. No free parking. Would definitely stay there again.
