  todo correcto estuvimos dos noche,muy comoda la cama ,la habitacion muy amplia,y esta situado muy bien en el centro de la ciudad,me pase muy bien y mucha gracias la chica creo que se llamaba SIYU ZHAO ella.nos ayudo mucho

  Comfort and luxury located near a magical square of lights.

  This beautiful residence that offered comfort and convenience was right next to the modern Grand Tang Mall that was unbelievably decorated in every hue of lights imaginable. Every day walking through it was magical with street performances and happy people milling around. The highlight however was the helpful staff at the hotel. Our checkin process was smooth and seamless with Manager She. He was extremely informative and even suggested an Indian restaurant for us to eat dinner. Manager Jack was very enterprising and resourceful and gave us many local tips and help. Belle at the front desk was very fluent in English and treated us with special care and attention. All in all a very pleasant stay with an effective crew that made it one.

  Comfy home away from home

  We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 5 nights. On top of the usual basic amenities, there's a washing machine, fridge, 1 pot, 1 pan and 2 sets of crockery and cutlery. The beds and pillows are a bit soft. The apartment is cleaned daily. The staff were friendly and helpful. If they can't converse in English well, they will call a colleague who can. We met Idris who went out of his way to show how to get to the supermarket which was just a 5 minute walk (so is Starbucks) and knew we were looking for halal food. He recommended two places which were located near the Residence. There is also a small store next to the Residence's main entrance that sells snacks or drinks. The Residence is next to the Grand Tang Mall. At night the whole stretch of Grand Tang Mall is busy with lots of activities and the noise can be clearly heard in the apartment but if you close the window, the sound is like muted. It didn't bother us much. From our windows, we can see a bit of the Pagoda so perhaps, ask for rooms that is facing the main road. One day the taxi dropped us at the Hotel and at the lobby we met Frank (whom later we guess was the GM of the Hotel). He walked with us to show the way back to the Residence and along the way he pointed out the massage centre which was highly recommended. We went for a foot massage one night and it was really really good.

  Our second home away from home

  It always feel great to return to our second home. And this time, we brought our cousins with us. This is their first time to Xian but they have been hearing us talking about this amazing residence with wonderful people and services thus they decided to come and check it out by themselves. They were thrilled once they walked in the spacious residence rooms. They were just speechless. Already felt the luxury style of living. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. Love the warm toilet seat and auto flush. Even tried out the washer and dryer. Everything is just perfect. We thank Phoebe and his team for all their services. This time, while my cousins relax in their room, I did go and swim in this 28c indoor swimming pool for over an hr. It felt great, digested everything out of my tummy. Have to do it more often next time. Next or opposite or walk about 10 mins from this residence has several big malls. Inside these malls have supermarket, shops and even big food courts with authentic cuisine, quite yummy taste. Besides indoor malls, outside streets are more busier than last yr. Few of the best tourist spots just situated outside the residence. Always full of tourists and entertainers with laser lights flashing in the sky every night. What more can one ask for......so convenient and luxury staying at this residence. Once again, we have to thank Karen and her team for their always tender loving care. Looking forward to seeing you all. Oh, our next trip will be our tenth times visit, maybe we should celebrate next yr on our Perfect 10......

  Not a real 5 star Hotel but quite OK

  We, 2 adults and 2 kids from Germany living in Beijing, spent 5 nights in the Hotel in August 2020. From our point of view the hotel is not a real 5 star hotel but a good 4 star hotel. Worthwhile to mention is that the staff is very friendly and service minded in particular to foreign guests. We felt they gave us a special attention e.g. during the breakfast as we were the only foreigners in the hotel. 1) Rooms: We booked 2 standard rooms which were relatively big, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable too. AC worked very well and quiet. 2) Breakfast: Mainly chinese food, which is understandable as 99,9% guests are from China. It took us 2 days to train the kitchen to make scrambled eggs with ham and tomatos. We missed e.g cheese, bread & Bircher Müsli. Coffee was OK but not more. So breakfast was not 5 start hotel standard. 3) Pool: 5-7 minutes walk from our hotel room but we felt still ok. For adults the pool is good as you can swim on 4 lanes 25meters. For kids it is just boring. Water temperature was very enjoyable. No real place to relax as located in the basement without windows. 4) Location: We liked it as we had our own driver with us to go to old town Xian which takes about 30min by car. Without own driver a bid more complicated. The area around the hotel is quite new/modern. Wide goose pagoda in walking distance. We found it a bid difficult to find a good restaurant a lot of low budget restaurants close by but not really what we were looking for. We can highly recommend the Restaurant Moon which is located 15min walking distance to the hotel offering very good Italien & Spanish food in good quality and for very reasonable prices offered in a nice atmosphere. In the evening we found the Main Street by far too busy did not really like it. 5) Service: Always very service minded and friendly staff. Management not visible... 6) Bar: A real catastrophe!!! We went there one evening and ordered Cocktails. The two ladys behind the Bar were completely overstrained => It was a kind of Youth research with terrible result. The drinks were not at all worth the money. Another reason that we say it is not a real 5 star hotel. 7)Tang Café: Restaurant in the Hotel. We had 3 times dinner in the Tang Cafe. A La Card food OK and reasonable prices, we liked the Caesar salad. The kids liked the Burger and the Buffed which is offered from Thursday to Sunday (190rmb p.P).
