    Beautiful resort with an amazing view, helpful staff and many swimming options.

    We stayed here in mid-September about two weeks after the busy tourist season ended. We were told there were currently about 150 guests and just two weeks earlier there were 1,500! The resort is beautiful and very well laid out. We stayed in an apartment with a beautiful view and it was only a few minutes walk to the main building and the spa. Our apartment had a full kitchen so we just bought groceries for most of our meals. I look forward to visiting this amazing resort again. There are many excellent restaurants nearby and the island of Krk is a short drive away.

    Very disappointing!

    This hotel was booked as a short getaway at the end of a European vacation. It was also the end of the season for this hotel. The staff was, as mentioned in other reviews great. However the facility itself is so old and outdated we found several areas to be flat out disgusting. I will include pictures of our room which had a chair that was literally flaking on anything you put near it! Carpets and tile looked filthy. I understand the transition of a rebranding but a lot of the issues is just regular maintenance. Maybe save your trip to this hotel until after a good remodel!

    great place for kids

    great place for kids at the age 3-10, nice beaches, pools, great meals, opportunities for walking with kids, entertainment on water bike, near jumping castle, no need to leave the resort, everything is there, great place for evening walking tours with kids, not good for smaller kids with stroller (too many stairs), beach chairs available, bit resort so beaches are not overcrowded

    Excellent location but outdated equipment

    This resort was probably very modern and probably met the category of a four-star hotel, but maybe 10 years ago. It is perfectly located and has great facilities for families with children. The advantage is excellent cuisine, where really everyone can choose and facilities for children. However, as usual, the tooth of time has also signed this resort, and it is already quite visible. If the owners do not want it to start falling on their heads, they should invest very quickly and start a complete reconstruction, and probably about everything. Sadly, this situation has been going on for a few years, so it is funny that the management is making excuses for the current situation around COVID, which has reportedly closed the SPA, fitness and indoor swimming pools. The truth is, however, that the Hotel reduced the number of employees and it was immediately visible and known everywhere. So not only the crumbling premises, but also the missing staff lowers the level of the resort. Some employees are overworked and for this reason, for example, the rooms were not cleaned as usual or in one case he behaved arrogantly. Otherwise, we like the ministry and we wish the management to be aware of the seriousness of the situation and to start taking steps to immediately rectify the situation that prevails there today.

    Horrible and unsafe

    - Hotel claims COVID measures but is just trying to save cost! Examples are buffet breakfast and dinner is only dinning option!! Completely unsafe! - we had to wait 2 hours at checkin even though we arrived at 16:00. This, after driving 7 hours with a 2 year old and being pregnant. No apology and not even a compensation drink offered while we had to wait. - When we could finally check in, there was no service to bring our bags to the room (another 2 hours wait) and we had to do ourselves. No apology offered. - On multiple occasions when returning to the hotel with shopping bags, there was no service to drive us to the room. - Our room was not cleaned on 2 occasions where we had to call the reception. This even considering only cleaning every 3 days! Again, a measure taken to save money and not to protect against COVID - Hotel staff often was not wearing masks or wearing them below the nose! - Hotel staff was not friendly at all. Hotel staff was also smoking outside during breakfast while we were eating with small children. - Reception manager informed us we could have a la carte dinner when this was not true. - Room was with water damage, worn down and 2 star quality. - Restaurant food was absolutely terrible and overpriced. Overall we had a really bad experience and will never return or recommend this hotel.
