  Lindisimo!

  Lindisimo hotel para aquellos turistas que vayan no muchos dias, es decir, que vayan de negocios o a dar clases. Es realmente comodo, muy lindo por dentro, habitacione amplias y limpias, y el personal muy amable!

  Well its open but it probably shouldn't be

  Honestly I don't know how this place got an occupancy certificate. This was an old Wyndam hotel that they are converting to a flagship Radisson hotel. But it is in horrible condition and if you are expecting a nice Radisson hotel you are going to be bitterly disappointed. My hotel room looked like workers left the building before finishing. You can see in the photos that the bathroom has exposed plumbing, wallpaper falling off, and patching compound. The new giant showerhead they installed is backed with almost no water pressure in the morning. So water barely trickles out. It took me forever to rinse my hair and I'm nearly bald. I can't imagine how long it would take someone with nice thick hair to do it. And the towels absorbed almost nothing. They are cheaply made and you need several to dry yourself off. The thermostat in the room is just for show. The temperature gyrated all over the place and i went from hot to cold and back again without changing the temperature. There was no way I found to shut off the fan so it ran constantly. The wi-fi is weak to non-existent. The elevators had half their lights removed and would sometimes not come to the floor when the button is pushed. Ceramic floor tiles had large sections missing in the lobby area with cones placed on them so you don't trip. I will say the conference center ballroom was nice. On the other hand, the toilets for the conference center were not bolted to the floor. That was a big surprise for some attendees. Including me. I paid $65 a night for this room and it isn't worth a penny more. Right now this is a $49-$59 a night hotel and you are being ripped off if you pay any more then that. This hotel is not even close to a decent mid priced hotel much less the luxury brand Radisson would like to convey. I will say that I thought the staff were very friendly, polite, and professional. Other reviews mentioned poor staff but that was not my experience. In fact they are the reason I gave this hotel two stars instead of just one. I enjoyed all of my interactions with staff very much and they seemed to be enjoying their jobs.

  2am checkin

  On the road and check in at 2 am. Two persons on duty, quick check in. Rooms very quiet. Hotel recently renovated. Staff very quick to handle requests. We had a cat show in the hotel itself. This made our trip very easy to manage. While we were tired and only had a few hours sleep the morning we checked in, the second night we slept all night (includes Smooshie cat):

  Horrible isnt even the word!!!!!!

  This place charged us $130 upon checking in ALL AFTER Priceline had alrdy taken their $110 we paid online! But told my husband that they were only doing a preauth for $25?! Well $130 is a big jump from $25 and then our room had 2 air conditioners and NEITHER worked. Then brand new fridge as they say and ruined our food because u guessed it it didnt work!!!! They never had someone come look at the air conditioning THEN they charged us at 2:45 AM for that next day stay and yet we had given them authorization to charge card nor said we were staying!! Place is trashy and horrible dont ever stay here

  Outside could have been better maintained

  Overall my stay was great in spite of some mishaps! Staff that was on site worked very hard to make sure that problems were handled smoothly and quickly! I will stay there whenever I visit my family. I will need a larger room of course.
