  Amazing place !!!

  Bueno el lugar está en muy buena locación tiene restaurant dentro o hay varias opciones cerca para degustar una buena cena o una buena cerveza las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas y bueno el servicio y atención al cliente excelentes !!!!!

  Great stay

  Nothing but a great experience. The employees were professional, the accommodations were as expected, everything (lobby, restaurant, bar, etc.) was very clean. We had a drink in the bar both nights and the bartenders were great, very friendly, and the other couple we were staying with had dinner in the restaurant and they said they were pleased. Overall, a great experience and we will return again when we are in the area.

  Last Min Stay

  Great last minute booking. Easy and Smooth check in. Food was delicious, bartender was friendly and helpful! Clean rooms and comfortable. Cookies in the lobby as well! Will choose again when I need a place to stay. Thank you for the hospitality!

  Amazing Staff!!

  I stayed here during a trip to EPIC for training. I dont think I can describe in words how amazing the staff is here! From the shuttle team to the front desk to the housekeeping team everyone is super friendly and helpful! My flight home was cancelled and I was stuck in Wisconsin another night and the staff helped me with extending my trip and staying in the same room. The staff was extra helpful with recommendations on where to eat and what to do around the hotel. Any time I approached a staff member they greeted me with a smile and ensured my stay was going okay. The hotel itself is clean and the breakfast they offer in the morning is more then just the standard free hotel breakfast of fruit and cereal. I ate at the on site restaurant in the Lounge. The food was great and the server on for the night was super nice. It seems like the lounge is a place for locals so it made the experience more welcoming. The shuttle drivers are extremely nice and their driving is safe and not crazy. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff if so amazing and helpful and the hotel itself is great.

  Helps Spread Covid 19

  1. General condition was poor. 2. The second night of my stay, noise blasted from a nearby room starting at 10 pm. When I called the front desk at 10:30 pm, the clerk already knew about the problem and the culprit and said they were responding. The noise continued. At 11:30 pm I called again. The noise didn't stop until after the second call. The problem should have been handled more promptly and good customer service would have been an apology from the hotel to the disrupted guests. Instead they did nothing. 3. Wisconsin is a hot spot for Covid 19. Wyndham promised a mandatory mask policy in public areas. That's the only reason I was willing to stay here. After I noticed multiple guests with no mask, I complained to Wyndham customer care. They told me it's up to each hotel to whether not to enforce wearing masks. That's not a mandatory mask policy - that's a mask optional policy that puts customers at risk of serious illness and death. Wyndham customer care said I could talk to the general manager if I wanted to. When I did, he was hostile and defensive, made a bunch of inappropriate accusations and then cancelled the rest of my reservation and told me to leave immediately. I wasn't even at the hotel at the time. He eventually said I could stay until the following day but then had to leave.
