    fabulous service overall. room was very clean and the staff were welcoming. The Hotel is centrally located in walking distance to a variety of restaurants. the free breakfast were a pleasure to wake up to each morning

    The front desk brunette is extremely rude and acts like everyone is a bother. She made the entire stay unbearable. No coffee maker or microwave in rooms, nor irons. Front desk needs to learn more about customer service! Thankful we will NEVER have to return because she was evil.

    Good night's sleep

    Room was clean. Front desk staff was friendly. Toilet seat was missing a bolt and there was no liner for the shower curtain. We slept well the one night we stayed. Would stay again but not for long term.

    Not a 3 Star Hotel - Spend your Money Elsewhere

    My first mistake was booking through Priceline. They advertised this hotel as a 3 star hotel. This hotel is more like a 1.5 star hotel. I booked for two nights, but checked out after one night. It is better to spend the extra money to have peace of mind. The good: Location, check in process, a few breakfast items to choose from. The bad: The first room (3rd floor) that they gave me was a double (I booked a king). Very dim room, with no lighting in the ceiling only a few lamps. The bathtub had rust around the drain and around the wall were the shower head come out of the wall. I immediately went back to the front desk to request that I be moved to a King. After about a 25 min wait, I was given a new room. The second room (4th floor) was brighter so I was happy about that, but my happiness was short lived. I always strip the bed down and spray it with disinfectant before I go to sleep. As I stripped the bed down I noticed that the top comforter was stained. No problem., I thought I would just ask for another one. When I received the new comforter it was not only stained, but ripped. Resigned to try to make it through the night, I decided to take a shower and call it a night. The bathroom floor was sticky. The door scrapped the floor and would not close completely and the toilet seat was missing a bolt. The next day I went to the front desk to check out early and explain why I was checking out early. She offered me another room, but hey what is this 3 strikes, your out??? I declined and requested a refund or credit so that I could at least try another tier of hotel in the same brand, but the front desk person Lindsey refused and told me that I would have to contact Priceline. Priceline told me that the hotel had to approve the refund. Anyway, I lost some money, but enjoyed the rest of my weekend at Cambria hotel. Brand new hotel that was maybe 15 min away. Clean, modern, well lit, great decor, did I say Clean? I will definitely be staying at Cambria should I visit Greenville in the near future. Wyndham, never again. You can put lipstick on a pig, but it is still a pig.

    Rude staff & Marijuana smell

    The shuttle driver screamed at my coworkers and I on the way to work for removing mask temporarily to drink coffee. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never stay at this hotel again as I no longer feel comfortable. When we arrived at the hotel the entire top 3 floors smelled of heavy marijuana use. This smell has been noticed in previous visits. Upon arriving at the airport nobody told the Uber drivers sent who they were picking up so they had issues finding us. We were told there would be breakfast but it was only a bag of cheap snacks. My keycard was deactivated everyday. The coffee in the lobby was always cold. The blinds in my room were not functional. This also was the case in my room a week ago.
