  BUENA OPCION

  Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este hotel y sigo pensando que es una buena alternativa El precio, con desayuno incluido es muy contenido y al calidad del desayuno es muy buena. Situado frente a una zona comercial, te permite salir a dar un paseo y tambien comer fuera del restaurante. Muy bien insonorizado, habitaciones amplias y muy limpias, los amenities de muy buena calidad y la atención del personal excelente. El confort de la cama es bueno. Algo descuidada la zona de recepción, obsoleta. Tomé la cena en el restaurante y la calidad fue correcta, dos platos muy muy generosos por unos 16.- Hotel muy recomendable si vas de trabajo.

  Wonderful hotel with English speaking staff

  We only stayed one night at this hotel, but we would definitely like to come back! We had a lovely room with very comfortable beds and pillows, quite and efficient AC and a luxurious bathroom with a large tub. Everything new and very clean. We arrived at approx. 8.30 p.m. and had not yet eaten. We were told checking in that we could still have dinner at the restaurant with a buffet of both Chinese and Western food. However, a quarter of an hour later the restaurant had either closed, or we didn't find the right one - and no one helped us find it. Fortunately there was a mall right next to the hotel, where the restaurants were still open. Easy and efficient check in and check out. Very nice breakfast with good coffee, bread, fresh omelettes etc., plenty of space, no lines, nice calm atmosphere, friendly English speaking staff.

  Bien, aunque...

  En general bien. La habitación donde me alojé era muy espaciosa, con jacuzzi y ducha, el servicio de habitaciones funciona muy bien; además el restaurante ofrece comida bastante variada. El problema está en que suele haber un olor desagradable en el pasillo y hay gente que fuma en las habitaciones lo que agrava el problema.

  Comfortable hotel, but let down by slow internet connection.

  First the positives - good sized rooms, great bathtub, very large bed, staff polite and friendly Negative points - very weak internet, stained bedroom carpet very off putting , noise from an industrial complex on view from my room, restaurant staff snatched away plates and food before I had finished eating! Breakfast buffet mostly Chinese food, few staff speak any English. Stayed two nights on a business trip but weak internet plus Chinas block of Google and gmail caused endless problems. At night the restaurant serves only a buffet. Went to eat one hour after the restaurant opened, hardly any food left, discarded plates on tables throughout the room, no staff to be seen. Made a swift exit and ate in the mall next to the hotel! Catering and internet really let the hotel down. In my opinion its not a four star hotel

  Not great

  My first review, after reading many. If you do not speak the language and need the internet DO NOT STAY HERE. FYI the location suited my business need as it was equidistant between multiple projects and was a WYNDHAM, but turns out in name only. I was recommended a hotel by my contacts but chose the most centrally located Western hotel, big mistake. Nobody speaks English here, I paid for the Executive Floor (for 5 nights) so I could enjoy the benefits but they don't exist, the club lounge was not open for my entire stay. The room was great, but the WIFI is so poor it didn't compensate at all. There is nothing nearby but a large shopping center, if you have some language it may work but I ended up at KFC and Maccas at night as the hotel room service and restaurants were awful. If you only need breakfast you can get by, the omelettes are great, coffee machine is passable, orange juice etd - but expect nothing else unless you eat like a local. And, there is no bar....
