  Our family stayed at the Wyndham resort and we loved it. The room was clean. We really want to say thank you to James he greeted us when we arrived and was super attentive and extremely professional and nice. James is a credit to the hotel industry. Thank you .

  Best location and helpful staff

  This is the best hotel for exploring Durango and visiting the Durango Silverton Railroad. We parked the car and walked everywhere. The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful. My rooms was very clean and I felt comfortable traveling again. The price was a bit higher than some of the other properties, but I booked early and used Wyndham reward points booking on the Wyndham website for a great deal. The extra space, full size fridge and microwave were worth the money. There was a stove, but I never used it. Lots of great restaurants just blocks from the hotel and the fridge and microwave came in handy for leftovers. The laundry room was helpful too since we ended up having to extend my visit due to family emergency.

  Amazing hotel, amazing employees

  This hotel is great. Its a wonderful location - walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable. The hot tubs are fantastic. The service we received here was amazing. James in particular is the employee who checked us in and helped us throughout our stay - he was amazing. So kind, helpful, and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel!

  Fantastic!

  My husband and I loved our week stay! All staff were helpful and friendly. There is laundry on site for free which I loved! There are two hot tubs on the roof (first come first serve). There isnt a pool on site, however best western is next door and they allow you to use their pool and hot tub. Very clean! Club Wyndham is in walking distance to shopping, food and drinks! I would recommend staying here!

  Staying in Durango to ski and see a great old town

  We spent a week at Club Wyndham Durango. The staff was terrific. We do not ask for much, but everything we needed was taken care of. Our only compliant was the poor insulation between the rooms. The folks above us seemed to be doing a jumping exercise or wrestling program every afternoon into the late evening for hours. We kept hoping they would go to dinner or make dinner and eat. We also could hear the folks in the adjacent rooms. Guests on the 2nd floor would stand next to the elevator and yell at their friends on the floor above. Why not use the room telephone? We stopped kids from running around the hallways. Not very peaceful. I understand that the staff cannot control rude guests. Maybe we just had bad luck with the other guests who were there. The room was great. A full kitchen for cooking and a very comfortable bedroom. Our only problem was the rude guests. The Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Train ride was absolutely spectacular. Staying at the Club Wyndham Durango made it easy to walk to the train terminal.
