  Muy buena estancias, el servicio de limpieza de la habitación no me gusto. Había que llamar para que vayan a limpiar

  El servicio de limpieza de la habitación no me gustó, había que lla mar a la administración para que envíen a limpiar, solo eso, lo demás es excelente. La habitación muy cómoda, la comida espectacular y el servicio de internet estuvo muy bueno

  Great Concierge Service

  The hotel is good, I said in a 1 bedroom apartment for a month. Large apartment, centric location, though the kitchen is a bit outdated. The best part of the hotel for me was the great concierge service. Elias was incredibly helpful to me with my relocation deliveries. Great attitude and personal care. Thank you Elias!!

  Very low standard hotel

  While the COVID19 continues to record high numbers, the hotel decided to: - blend guests with others whore quarantined - convene event function - treat guests like school pupils and oblige them to do random stuff. Not worth to go into details - double standard ethics. They apply their guidelines to some guests while others dont - very unwelcoming attitude from some of the staff Thiss typically when a hotel focuses on revenue and compromise on hospitality standards

  Shahid in Concierge

  I just wanted to take this opportunity to recognize someone who truly went above and beyond and the entire leadership team needs to hear this story. I called from Vancouver Canada this morning to the front desk and they forwarded me over to the concierge. I needed a small piece of cake to be sent out to my partner for an anniversary and missed birthday. I was worried I wouldnt be able to have anyone help me with this but Shahid stepped up and delivered. From the moment I got on the phone with him he was dedicated committed and reassured me that he will make sure that everything well happen. He was quick, he was efficient and he is truly an example for everyone in the concierge and hotel industry. It is because of his service and care that will be staying at only this Wyndham hotel and will be telling all my friends and business owners I know about this Wyndham hotel. Sometimes its the small things that matter. Shahid listened. He even went as far as delivering this cake by hand up to the room. I am absolutely blown away at the level of service I was provided today. Shahid, If you read this I want you to know how grateful I am. You do your job extremely well and I think everyone can learn something from you. Your dedication and passion to making sure your clients our happy shows and I hope know you will go far in your career because dedication and commitment drive success and you have both of those. For someone who is living halfway across the world to be able to be serviced in less than 30 minutes is absolutely outstanding. Who wouldve ever thought that a phone call from Vancouver Canada to Qatar Doha will be answered by an incredible and passionate concierge who did everything he can to make my wish and dream a reality.   Hotel Service

  Charles and his team done great job handling all requirements during this pandemic time. Charles is one of the progressional team member. The hotel room was good but the room service was not good, the food quality provided was below an acceptable level.
