  Dirty Underwear Found in Hotel Room

  We found a pair of woman's underwear stuck in between the mattress and box spring of one of the beds in our hotel room. Never before have we experienced such an event at a Marriott property - or at any hotel for that matter!!! . When we informed management via their online complaint system, we got no response. Several weeks later, after receiving no response, we followed up with corporate who told us that the case had been closed and to refile a new complaint, which we did. When we finally got a response from front desk manager Homer, we were told that our complaint was untimely! We then explained that we had not gotten a response to our original complaint and were told to file a new one. At that point Homer refused to accept responsibility & suggested that the story was fabricated! Never have we had such an unpleasant experience at a Marriott property in the 20 years that we have been Marriott gold card & platinum members!!!! Obviously mistakes happen, but during Covid we were particularly concerned about the cleaning protocols of the hotel. Management could not care less about the cleanliness issue and offered no assurances and no acknowledgement that a problem with proper cleaning had occurred!!! Both the front desk manager and the hotel manager were rude and condescending. We will be switching to Hilton Honors in the future.

  Spacious family suite, great access to everything

  We booked a family suite and got 2 very large rooms with bathrooms en suite. It feels like staying in a house as the kitchen is well furnished with pots, pans and utensils. The hotel is close to everything, even the ski lift is right there. It's a large resort type hotel with lots of family or kid camp activities and there's a lot of space for them.

  Best ski vacation!

  This is our third trip to this resort. Twice for skiing and once in the summer. This time we stayed three nights. I called two weeks before arrival and asked for a room that was handicapped accessible to the slopes. Bill, who helped me with my requests, did a fabulous job! He was there a check in, as well, and everything went smoothly. The room was excellent! Perfect for all of our needs. Spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Check out was just as easy, allowing us to additional hours. Thank you so much! We will be back! This is a wonderful place to stay.

  Nice ski resort

  Enjoyed our time there. 2BR unit was perfect for a family of six. It was clean and beds were comfortable. We needed some help with the heat and they came right away and fixed the issue. They also provided additional kitchen amenities, which was very helfpul. Mountain is a little smaller than we are used to but they had night skiing which our teenagers really enjoyed.

  Good value but Noisy and cheaply builr

  Enjoyed the location for ski in ski out accommodations, and in many ways very comfortable stay. However. Walls and ceilings are crazy thin, so you hear your neighbors like they are in the same room. Actual mountain was really nice for family skiing. Super speed lift, usually low lines. Covid safety is enforced but got a little crowded on Saturday evening.
