RrlaxingMy husband and I decided to stay here after looking at the reviews. We were planning a day trip and dinner in historic Bethlehem and wanted to stay close by for the night. The inn is historic and decorated in period furniture. We stayed in the North suite which was spacious and had a large bathroom with big windows and a steam shower-lovely after spending most of the day shopping in the cold December air. The next morning I was greeted by the inn's owner, Kristina, who gave me a bit of history of how she and her deceased husband purchased and renovated the inn. After that my husband and I paged through a few books while sitting by the fire in the parlor. After James, Kristina's assistant, greeted us we sat down to a delicious breakfast of homemade yogurt/coffee cake and a veggie omelette. We had a wonderful, relaxing time at the inn and plan to return. If Kristina isn't there we hope she is somewhere in Italy sipping a nice glass of red wine...

$180.00 a night NASTYMy wife and I decided to stay here after reading the reviews after finding out about a death in the family. What a mistake! Moldy shower curtain, Peeling paint, miss matched stained linens. The old musty smell as you force the front door open meets you with disgust. I literally never saw one member of the staff for the 3 days that my wife and I were there. Cracked and water stained ceilings, dirty ceiling fan, no thermostat, no one even emptied the trash baskets for the 3 days! The two twin beds next to each other falsely advertised as a room with a king size bed. The horribly crooked floors
and the "free toiletries" consisted of a half bottle of suave shampoo, conditioner, and a bottle of pump soap. Lesson learned.... Stay in a modern hotel down the street. Wydnor Hall Inn is an over priced, non luxurious B&B. Save yourself the trip -

Dirty rooms, horrible managementYou would be better off sleeping in your car in a parking lot than taking a chance staying here. We had reserved a room (and paid in full in advance). When we arrived there was a slip of paper with a room name and key but no one around. The room was filthy! In addition to bed not being made the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Not sure when the last time was this place was cleaned. We went downstairs to try and find someone who worked there. Walked through a "dining room" that looked equally dirty. Honestly the board of health needs to check this place out it is truly horrible!! Finally found someone who worked there who initially refused to give us a refund when we told her about the rooms condition. We obviously left and luckily found a very nice place not too far away. After some arguing they finally refunded our money. Beware this place is disgusting and should be avoided altogether!

Fantastic Weekend GetawayWe were lucky enough to have chosen Wydnor Hall as our home base for a Christmas weekend getaway. The accommodations were wonderful and the location was perfect for all the sites we had wanted to make. Just a short ride to the Steel Stacks as well as Downtown Bethlehem, also a cute little Brewery just blocks away. It was an absolutely perfect escape!

Where is the Customer Service?45 days ago, I cancelled a reservation 3 months in advance of my planned arrival date. I've been patiently waiting for an email response and or a return phone call about the status of my $400 deposit. I was promised a refund (minus 10%) within 30 days. I always try to go with small businesses when possible to support them and I'm a frequent traveler who has 99% great experiences. Unfortunately, this experience is the 1% that was frustrating and an expensive mistake.
