  Great property with great service

  Well-located service apartment hotel which shares the same building as Kempiski hotel. Kempiski occupies 1-22nd floor of the skyscraper and Kaiyan Universal Center occupies 25-55th floor. We arrived very late in the evening at about 9pm due to our late flight, but the Manager-in-charge was readily available when we got to the ground floor of the service apartment entrance. He then brought us to the an Unit on the 51th floor and patiently waited for us to see if we can be connected to the internet. When we realised that LAN connection to our laptop was working, but we could not receive WIFI, he suggested if we would like to change to another Unit on the 47th floor. When asked on the difference, he patiently explained to us with great clarity that the units on the lower floor will get better WIFI coverage, but the bed is slightly harder and there are not as many overseas channels on the TV, otherwise everything else is the same. We said it's ok, as we do not expect ourselves to be watching TV very much. And, yes we were very happy with the unit on 47th floor. The room is big, large sofa set, big bed and comfortable enough. Clean, well-maintained, comes with a mini kitchenette. We stayed for three days before moving on to the next city. One thing inconvenient is they only have double beds which can make it convenient if you are travelling with friends whom you do not know well.

  A very Nice place to stay in Wuxi

  It was a awesome service apartment near by Most recommended Hotel Intercontinental Wuxi and Kempinski Hotel Wuxi. Walking distance from Wuxi Museum. Located in city center. Very nice view from hotel room. Only problem in morning breakfast
