  My stay at Wozani

  Very lovely, relaxed lodge with a stunning garden and a professional staff. Had a goodnight sleep. Their wifi was very fast, this was enjoyable. Their food is really cooked well. I am overally impressed

  Calm retreat

  I was only here for one night at the start of a work trip, but found it an attractive a peaceful place to rest after a long journey from London. Good sized room with decent shower, wholesome home cooked food and lovely grounds to relax in.

  Short stay stopover

  An establishment is only as good as the people who run it and that is the missing ingredient here. There are 3 are lodges within walking distance of each other all were fully booked and it is easy to see why. We arrived around 1400 hrs and our rooms were not ready. The childrens room had no toilet seat and they had to be reallocated another room. There were no towels in the rooms these were only delivered at 1700 hrs as these were said to have been washed. There is no management in the evening and we happen to have extremely rowdy and intoxicated guests making a restful evening let alone night almost impossible. We were also unfortunate to have a room near the kitchen and staff talking at the top of their voices does not arbor well for the long distance traveler. There is no guest lounge or room where you can sit quietly and read. This would be a big plus as they have beautiful gardens. The rooms we got were austere, with no reading lamp or chair at the dressing table. The workmanship and finish is definitely not Zimbabwean as the quality is poor. The in room electrics are shoddy and present a fire hazard. Missing is a professional managers touch as the challenges here can be fixed with a little attention to detail. Definitely room for improvement, the wins are quick and easy.

  Beautiful and warm reception

  We visited Bulawayo last month and had the pleasure of staying at Wozani lodge for 3 nights. Our stay was amazing and the staff were so friendly and always willing to help with any and all requests. Access to sports channels also made the stay even more enjoyable. The food was well cooked and made us feel at home. I will definitely be stopping in again on my next trip

  Comfortable and peaceful

  The rooms were very nice with everything I needed. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a stop over in Bulawayo. The area is also very quiet and peaceful but very close to nearby restaurants and bars and shops.
