  Lovely stay

  We have just left wortwell barn after a 3 night stay, we had a lovely stay, the hosts were very accommodating, brekkie was lovely every morning. The wortwell bell was a lovely pub, which serves a great menu. The beds were huge and comfy, rooms were clean, and the garden is stunning.   Lovely setting, nothing too much trouble for the hosts Jenny and Clive.Breakfast excellent with plenty of choices. Room very clean and well furnished Thoroughly recommended. Nice country pub at the top of the lane and plenty of attractions within easy reach.

  Tasteful and tasty

  We were looking for a bed and breakfast place to stay whilst visiting some friends and this was suggested by them. When we arrived we were greeted by our host, and after explaining the changes of regulations due to Covid-19, showed us to our room. The B&B is a converted barn and is delightful, with lovely fittings and a good range of equipment in the room including a small fridge and USB points in the main electric sockets. Breakfast was excellent and used locally sourced ingredients, cooked to perfection. Overall, a splendid place to stay. Highly recommended and you will not be disappointed.

  Very welcoming. Lovely old barn but with modern facilities. Nice ground floor bedroom which was tastefully decorated with access to the garden. Quiet location on the outskirts of the village. Very good breakfast and tea / coffee available in the room. Would be happy to recommend this B&B.

  Part of 50th wedding anniversary celebration

  From the moment I saw the website I knew Wortwell Hall Barn was the place for us to stay. Beautiful rooms, beautiful barn and beautiful grounds. Our hosts, Jenny and Clive, were exceptionally welcoming and gave great suggestions for where to visit and eat. The breakfast was excellent and in fact everywhere we went to visit provided great food. We would have no hesitation in recommending (in fact I have told our friends already) and look forward to the opportunity to return one day.
