    Very Disappointed

The bed was comfortable but the rest of bedroom furniture is old, worn, and of poor quality in the first place. The one bedroom has an accordian wall to separate it from the "hall". The kitchen appliances were good but the cabinets, countertops and sink need to be replaced as they were damaged, old and of poor quality. Same with the bathroom cabinets, counter & sink. The AC was marginal at best and we had to ask for a box fan that was on the supply list but not in the unit. The landscaping and grounds were in terrible condition with lots of dead trees, shrubs and lawn areas plus lots of weeds. The paint is worn, faded and peeling in places. The office has very limited hours and isn't even open on Sundays - the day after check-in. Our unit wasn't ready when we arrived at 4:15 and was barely ready at 5:30 when we came back. The information rack was almost empty and the desk person couldn't give us any good ideas of places to go and things to do in the area. Bring your own DVDs as the selection is very odd and limited and you can't get to them at reasonable times. There were major limitations on pool use. The hours were very limited and we had to make reservations for a 2 hour time slot and were only successful once all week (unless we wanted morning or lunch time). The internet was slow. The unit was clean but there was not a spare roll of TP and for mid-week towel change we had to put the towels in a basket on the front steps then put the fresh ones away after they had sat out on the steps for who knows how long. The steps to the front door were steep and the handrail was painted black so was very hot. There is not a walk or even a path from the back porch to the office or pool or anywhere.

Great family place and good location to the water and ski resorts

We stayed in a one bedroom ground level unit for three nights. You can tell that this location is a little dated, but it was clean and plenty of room for up to 4. There was a king bed in the bedroom (5 pillows) and a full size Murphy bed (2 pillows) in the living area. Both beds were comfortable, there were no extra blankets or pillows but you could ask for them. Couch was not as comfortable, it sat low and seems short from front to back and felt like it was made of stiff foam. If you are more than 5 ft tall it was not comfortable. There was a table that sat 4 but the bars that ran between the four legs kept getting in the way of the chairs and your legs would hit them when you would sit. The kitchen was fine for a few days, it had the basics, microwave, fridge/freezer (ice maker needed to be turned on), dishwasher, sink, coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans, and plates/glasses/silverware for 6. There was paper towels, dish clothes/towels, dish soap, and a small amount of salt/pepper/seasonings. There was NO tinfoil, cooking oil/spray, plastic wrap, condiments etc. Anything you needed to cook with you have to bring with you. Luckily the grocery store is not far, small doesn't carry everything. There were 4 towels, hand towels, and wash clothes provided, in addition to one extra roll of TP, kleenex, 2 bars of soap, and a one use shampoo. There was a washer/dryer (very small, stack-able) with enough detergent to run 2 loads. There was enough coffee to make a small pot (not keurig) of decaf or regular (bring your own favorite, no guarantee that the local grocery store carries it). There is very limited parking, so you may have to walk a little bit in order to get to your unit. There are activities such as swimming, tennis, pickle ball, volley ball, basketball, etc. Everything but the racket ball was open, due to covid the swim pool did need to be reserved in advanced (2 hour increments), so put your reservations in as soon as you get your room number. It seemed that they were allowing around 30 people at a time, they can also wait list you if you ask. It is located near Powder Mountain (closet ski resort appx 10-15 mins), Nordic Valley (appx 20-25 mins), and SnowBasin (furthest of the three, appx 30-40 mins). There are no onsite eating establishments, but there are three main restaurants near by, Eats of Eden (Pizza, salad, sandwiches), Carlos & Harleys (Mexican), and Mad Moose Cafe (sandwiches, salads, salads) all within 5 mins. There is a restaurant at the golf coarse but it was closed while we were there. There wasn't much as for breakfast options so we went shopping at the grocery store, otherwise you may want to bring your own breakfast food. There is a liqueur store near the golf coarse but only open Thurs-Sat, otherwise you have to drive a ways to get something other than beer at the gas stations (Utah laws). Over all this was a great place to stay and close to almost everything. The water was about 15 mins away, it seemed to get very busy on Saturday and Sunday so if you can go during the week you'd be able to distance more.

Wolf Creek Village #2, is not WorldMark!

Small older unit tucked into the surrounding WorldMark resort, possibly original building for the WM Wolf Creek, but certainly has not been able to keep up with the quality level. Many construction projects going on in the area and the infrastructure in the area is suffering from that, so the power outage and the water outage we had were not the resort's problem, but the lack of communication with us about it was the resorts problem. Seemed like we were not high on the list of concerns.

Has great potential but needs major cleaning and new carpeting! Not COVID-19 clean at all!

The microwave broke after 1 use but was replaced...so it was not a problem. Several drawers in loft dresser were broken and held together with duct tape. Carpet warn out, dirty and threadbare. There was a very dangerous gap in the loft railing on a corner. Entry door knob needed maintenance. My husband says that HE would recommend this resort to a friend or colleague because he liked the area, but he would warn them about the condition/cleanliness of the unit we were given. I was disgusted over the cleanliness. My husband found an Oreo cookie that had the frosting licked off of it in the Master Bedroom top dresser drawer...so we did not feel comfortable putting our clean clothes in our dresser. The kitchen drawers were disgusting (crumbs, sticky stains and even a long hair woven through one of the drawer liners) so I had to clean them myself and rewash the dishes. Two of them we lined ourselves with a disposable croissant plastic carrier cut in half and put our croissants in large ziploc baggies that we had brought with us. In addition to those problems...we made several appointments (3) to reserve the spa that they canceled at very inconvenient times because we had scheduled around those spa appointments! There was nothing at RCI Online that said that the spa was going to be closed due to reroofing one of the buildings. They said it should be reopening the morning we were to check out!!! We had all packed swim gear and expected to have access all week long...very disappointing!!! We should have gone to Yellowstone instead!!!

    Great location but nothing fancy.

Arrived late on the weekend and no one would answer the phone. Was worried about checking in, but everything was taken care of. Unit is definitely outdated and needs updates, but it has everything you need (appliances, dishes, fireplace, great water pressure). There is a fitness unit a short walk around the complex. We had to make reservations, but it was great to have the place to ourselves. They needed more cleaning supplies though. They only had hand sanitizer. Location is great if you want to ski/board at Powder Mountain which is one of our favorite places. Its about 6 miles away. Or Snow Basin is down the road as well. Theres a grocery store, gas station, and good coffee shop close by too.
