Peaceful, Ocean-facing stayWe were here for almost a week while on a family trip. All condos face the beach. They are basic and clean, with a full kitchen, pots and pans and cutlery. The one bedroom has a king size bed and the unit has two bathrooms (which is awesome) and a Murphy bed, which is a double. Is walkable (about 100 yards) down the beach. One of my favorite things about the location is that you are near the northern end of the peninsula - so not much traffic and very peaceful - esp. in the offseason. It's about 20 minutes from the attractions of Long Beach, and 45 minutes from Astoria, OR. The resort is on the small side (maybe only 60 units or thereabouts), has a small fitness center and an indoor pool, hot tub and kiddie pool. Laundry is on site in the lobby and complimentary. There are also grills near most of the units. They charge for wifi. If you are planning an extended stay, consider picking up groceries in Astoria as options are less available (and prob more expensive) once you get on the peninsula. Most restaurants are further down the peninsula. One thing to consider is that this is a timeshare. They don't do a hard pitch here, which is welcome, but that also means that there is no daily maid service which is typical of timeshares. You are responsible for your own trash and picking up after yourself.

Nice room, horrible management.Rooms are clean and tidy, enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. My complaint is with management. We recently stayed on the second floor, the guests staying above us are very loud, walking on their heels and allowing their child (or at least it sounds like) run and jump around all day. I have a 9 year old and a 3 year old and have ensured they stayed quiet out of respect for our neighbors, I haven't allowed my 3 year old to run or stomp her feet at all. On the Wednesday of our week long stay, it was quite excessive so I called the front desk, I was told "the manager wanted me to tell you that when you checked in you received an envelope with your room key that states quiet time is from 8am to 10pm so since it's not quiet time right now, there is nothing we can do about them being loud. We can't stop them from enjoying their stay." Seriously? Your telling me from 8am to 10pm you allow guest to do whatever they want in their rooms, literally be as loud as they want and there's nothing you'll do about it? I have stayed in many hotel rooms in my life and have never heard that Guest Services is "unable" to ask a guest to be quiet and respectful to other paying guests. I was also told that they can't stop me from going up and complaining to the guest upstairs myself.. That is literally the last thing you should advise your guests to do, go start a potential altercation with another person? That is terrible advise! As a long time WorldMark owner/guest, I am very disappointed.

Spur of the moment beach trip.Found a offer we could not turn down to stay at these condo's. The lobby is bright and inviting and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a problem at check in and it was promptly resolved. The room was a one bedroom two bath with a queen Murphy bed and king bed in the bedroom. Two TV's, full kitchen, couch, sitting chairs and a nice patio with table and chairs. The property was very clean and outside areas well taken care of. There is a nice pool, jacuzzi, child pool and small but nice weight room. There is Surfside golf course,9 hole that share the parking lot. Walking access to the beach is about a third to half mile and driving access is about a mile at the Oysterville road approach. If you drive on the beach use caution due to soft sand at high tide. We had a very nice 4 night stay and will definitely be thinking of going back.

The beds are so comfortableThe staff is so very caring. They checked with us every leg of our trip. Clean, newly renovated, nice balcony, close to the beach. Just loved it. They don't serve breakfast but there are places nearby.
