Great escape in the pandemicThe rooms are spacious, clean and love the fireplace. Staff took precautions from check in to delivering supplies to make sure you were comfortable, wearing masks and social distancing. We were able to have a getaway and enjoy St. George area, Zion and Byrce National Parks and a day at Brian Head to see some fall colors.

Golf VacationWe headed south from Montana to Utah to find some warmer weather and great golf courses. The WorldMark was a fantastic place to be close to several golf courses and Zion NP. The unit was spacious and the bed was excellent.

We were looking so forward to our stay in this Gold Crown resort. For us, the negatives outweighed the positives.First, the positives: The location of the resort is convenient for getting to Zion NP, as well as some other good places to visit. We also visited Kanab, Cedar Breaks, and Red Cliffs. It was nice having the stackable washer/dryer in the unit. The kitchen had typical appliances, utensils, and cookware and the bathroom was nice with drawers and cabinets for storage. The unit was clean. The offer for doing a timeshare "update" was not too bad. The young lady certainly wanted to sign us up but she was pleasant rather than pushy, which we appreciated. Now for the negatives: I had called the phone number I was given in advance asking a few questions and requesting a quiet location due to medical reasons. I know the info on the RCI page says "Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves," but resorts have always tried to honor my request for a quiet location because it is medically related. We were put right across from the registration building. The check-in agent first said, "Oh, you are at the far end of the building. Everyone turns and comes down to this area and no one goes down there, so that is a very quiet area." A few minutes later, she realized that our unit was actually not at the far end but instead right at the registration building, so all of a sudden, that was the quiet area. It was NOT. Lots of activity in that section, with traffic, kids riding skateboards, what appeared to be a staff member going in late one night, cussing and banging on the door. In addition, the windows in the unit had those cheap, plastic (or vinyl) blinds on them that don't really keep out the light. This wasn't a problem in the kitchen and living areas, but was a huge problem in the bedroom with its sliding glass doors with vertical vinyl blinds, where each morning, the sun rose on that side and came streaming in. No curtains over those blinds to darken/shield the room whatsoever! I completed a review through RCI immediately following our stay and thought I might get contacted; however, I have never received any communication. All in all, we were disappointed to have traded our points from a very high-demand resort in exchange for the WorldMark St. George.

Great vacation to Utah!We had a great week in Utah. The resort was average compared to others I have stayed at. It was great for my family of 4 we had a 2 BR. An indoor pool would be great. The hot tub was closed due to covid. The staff on check in was great.
